Javo Big Bale
Worry-free and efficient substrate dosing This dosing unit can process substrate or bark from big bales without problem. The electrically powered pivot system allows the bale to be tilted steplessly and safely and the environment stays clean. The Javo Big Bale is easy to use and is maintenance free. The machine is easy to move with a forklift truck. Optionally, the Javo Big Bale can be fitted with wheels making it easier to move using a pallet truck.
How does the machine work? Automatic dosing feeds the desired amount of material straight to the discharge outlet. The feed chain scrapes the soil loose from the big bale and feeds it in. As standard the machine is fitted with an adjustable fluffing mechanism to bring the substrate to the desired degree of roughness. A level regulator with three adjustable measuring points is fitted underneath the discharge outlet which controls the supply of soil to the connected machine as required.
