COMMENTS
.Tertiary streets get so narrow, that only one car can pass at a time Due to the bad planning of this area, the secondary street layout gets very clustered, which makes it hard for both, .cars and pedestrians to pass As for our main streets (King Fahad Road & Olaya Street) they are very well planned yet, they’re lacking pedestrian .areas + they’re pedestrian bridges needs renovation for its weak condition

COMMENTS
Not enough Mosques No healthcare buildings whatsoever in this entire area We have two institutional buildings, one of them is a charity institution, and the other one is a Philippine Elementary school. No Saudi schools The Northern side of the grid, shows a neat pattern, therefore; the buildings there have better (drainage, water system, electricity system, Fiber Optics ((internet)) and of course pricier than the Southern Area Our district lacks recreational areas; parks, entertainment centers, theme parks..etc .Lacking parks and landscaping 48
