Classique
The cake is sprayed with white chocolate, decorated simply with macaroons, fresh French fruit after the season, gold leaf and white chocolate decoration.

Flower lace
The cake is covered with marzipan, decorated with royal icing, white sugar paste flowers and French macaroons.
From DKK 155 per person



Antoinette
The cake is covered with marzipan, decorated with icing garlands, marzipan roses, sugar paste flowers, French macaroons and with an icing border. Can be customized in the desired colour scale.

It is important to us that our cakes will be created with your input in close collaboration with our skilled confectioners’ knowledge of flavours and aesthetics.
With our flair and expertise, we have made some suggestions for what your cake could contain:
The season 2025
Almond base, koldskålscream with white chocolate, kammerjunke-crumble, rhubarb jelly, rhubarb mousse, vanilla mousse
Almond base, strawberry/lime mousse, strawberry jelly, almond meringue, elderflower mousse and crispy caramelized almonds
Dark chocolate base, milk chocolate mousse, blueberry and lemon verbena gel, chocolate crumble and vanilla mousse.
Minimum order is for 10 persons
When ordering a wedding cake, there will be a deposit on the wedding cake stand and possibly the accompanying thermal box.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we are not able to take care of the delivery of the cake ourselves.
