Rigor. Relevance. Results.

REINVIGORATE YOUR

LOVE OF LEARNING The Executive MBA (EMBA) at the Daniels College of Business is nothing short of an educational destination. Designed specifically for mid-to-senior level professionals, this 18-month program will augment your current work experience with groundbreaking lessons in modern business. No other program compares to what Daniels can do, and our multidimensional EMBA is truly in a class all its own. At Daniels, our faculty are a diverse mix. From PhD’s to practitioners, you’ll learn from academic thought-leaders and those who come from corporate or start-up backgrounds. You’ll also learn from one another. By uniting experienced professionals in a stimulating learning environment, we nurture a culture of mutual trust, healthy debate and insightful discussion. You’ll share your business best practices with your peers in the classroom. Everybody contributes and everybody benefits—that’s what we like to call “education with character.”

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS Diverse Curriculum: Take a deep dive into business, leadership, globalization, entrepreneurship, economics and strategy in a cross-disciplinary environment. Learning business fundamentals is the easy part. It’s how you lead in business that matters. Get Connected: You will progress through your studies with a group of 30-35 peers and will gain access to our unmatched alumni network, our experienced faculty’s professional connections and our seasoned staff. Experience More: You’re already out there in the real world, so why would we confine all your learning to a classroom? Our EMBA Team Sail Weekend, small-team Social Impact Project, industry-leading guest speakers and 11-day International Travel Seminar are just a few examples of how Daniels puts an executive slant on conventional business curriculum. Break the Mold: We feature a uniquely differentiated curriculum which includes the fundamentals you’d expect in any MBA program. What you might not expect are subjects like Power and Influence, Ethical Frameworks, Social Impact, Neuro-Leadership, Design-Thinking and The Discipline of Execution. Convenient Location: Equidistant from downtown and the Denver Tech Center, the University of Denver campus is the perfect setting for our EMBA students to expand their business perspectives while still maintaining their current careers.

“The strength in the Daniels program is in the execution. The magic was in being able to meet my EMBA classmates ‘where they were’ in their own leadership journey. As a result, I gained rich perspective on how I approach and tackle opportunities for my company, my team and myself.” – Kirsten Benefiel, Executive MBA, 2016 Vice President of Client Engagement | ViaWest

“Numerous aspects drew me to the Executive MBA program, but I found the most enjoyment in the leadership portion. I am at the point in my career where leading people makes up the majority of my day: how to lead and handle different interactions with people are all critical to the success of a business, and this program honed my skills in each of those areas.”
