H&R Block Opens Income Tax Course to Prospective Students Dansville, NY - Speculation about the ever-changing tax code - there were more than 4,500 changes in the past decade - has kept taxes in the news. This, coupled with a recovering economy, is causing taxpayers to want to better understand their individual tax outlooks, as well as explore opportunities for additional income. H&R Block, the leader in the assisted tax preparation industry, has opened enrollment for its annual, introductory Income Tax Course to the public, including prospective H&R Block professional tax preparers.
