Welcome to the 16th edition of the Craic in Galway magazine. We
often say it is Galway’s eclectic mix that makes up its beating heart,
from glamorous black tie balls to fun night’s out on the town, from
charity fundraisers to just a bit of a boogie, we have captured it all.
Our photographers have been out and about and we are packed
with nightlife snaps, your two week daily diary, news, views, health,
fashion and features. Over the next two weeks, we will have reality
celebrity, model, actress and newlywed, Vogue Williams, on one side
of town and a Mr and Mrs Culchie event on the other. It is this crazy
combination that makes Galway unique. We are an arty bunch after
all, as the Muscailt festival offers a host of theatre, visual spectacles
and all the fun of a Victorian Fair at NUIG. You can even get a free
portrait painted, if you have the time to sit for the artist. And how
can we forget Valentine’s Day – yes many of us want to – but let’s
share the love, do a random act of kindness
