Weaving landscape on the region and the municipality area is generated through specific actors who decentralize administrative, productive, commercial and port dynamics. This fact allows generating favorable economic terms for the community through equipment, indigenous settlements - Those produced by important Wayuu families- and the landscape transition. The latter, recognized with the slogan: "from the mountain to the sea" thanks to the diversity of ecosystems found in La Guajira. Scenarios such as: crafts, miners, pasturages and aquaculture are benefited by the sustainable use of the resources in this region. Our proposal encourages directly not only an economic development but also the cultural enrichment as strengthening in the territorial management.

The growth is raised by 3 phases reaching each one every 15 years: the first one is aimed to success in 2020 as consolidation of vacant areas; the second one in 2035 as the development of new typologies of dwellings and the last one in 2050 as the total Uribia's devolvement with a complete consolidation of dwellings. Teusaquillo Art Gallery All workshops are distributed in the Cultural Asset of Interest (BIC) where people take courses and then exhibit their work in the spaces available for itinerant exhibitions in the new building. The highest space of the new building arises from the reinterpretation of the chimney, where people meet and flowed into a social space which is connected with the BIC. The BIC’s cyclopean foundation does not receive any load; however, the new building touches lightly the structure without generating more weight.

Equipment’s Network Proposal A network of equipment serves two localities in Bogotá, Fontibón and Engatigá which have a poor infrastructure in roads and little planning in dwellings and noise pollution nowadays. This contamination is generated by El Dorado International Airport which is bordering with residential areas because of conurbation effect. Fontibón has a great potential because of a large population in Bogotá and it has one of the most important commercial departures where a lot of transport pass by the 13th road. The proposal develops roads and equipment which serves to different scales supporting the progress of the localities.

The equipment belongs to a shaft of urban connection as a grove which links the urban context and the main roads of the neighborhood with Capellanía Wetland. The integration is performed by “swelling soil” concept that allows users to interact with the natural context. The project has a large area of urban space that is integrated by its walkable cover; these two components are connected by the public space through an urban opening. Private spaces for the research are intended in the highest place of the building.
