Section 1 JSS International Academy Organizational Chart The organizational chart of the JSS International Academy for the
season is
attached to present manual. All figures present with positions of responsibility within the organization should be fully aware of their tasks. For this reason, the job description of all figures present at the JSS International Academy is outlined as follows.
1.1
JSS International Academy Organizational Section Administrator
The JSS International Academy Organizational Section Administrator for the season is …………………………………………………………………….. The JSS International Academy Organizational Section Administrator is directly responsible for all tasks concerning the organization and training of the JSS International Academy Team, and coordinates the work of the entire JSS International Academy team working with the three administrators of the other sections.
They should keep the management of Juventus Soccer Schools updated at all times on the progress of the soccer school and any issues that may arise during the season.
They must be the reference point for coaches, parents and members showing great professionalism and efficiency at all times.
They must be a reference point for the correct use of the JSS International Academy Manual, and for its safekeeping, in order for the guidelines to be followed.
They must ensure that the Child Protection Policy is followed at all times within the JSS International Academy structures and during the normal activities of the various groups, even outside the premises of the JSS International Academy.
They are the referent of the children’s and Team’s safety, who must reprimand unsafe behavior, and must prevent and protect the children and the Team from possible injury.
They must safeguard the private information of the soccer school and not allow it to be known to third parties, based on the principles of professional secrecy.
They must be responsible for all educational material and clothing, as well as providing of kits to the families and coaches.
They must see to the opening and closure of the 2009/2010 JSS International
Academy
activity
along
with
the
Sports
Section
Administrator.
They must deal with their mailbox on a daily basis, in order to be updated continuously and to be able to bring colleagues up to date regarding
any
news
and/or
developments
concerning
International Academy. They must maintain constant contact and relations with:

The JSS International Academy Sports Section Administrator for the

JSS International Academy Technical Section Administrator
The JSS International Academy Technical Section Administrator for the
season is
……………………………………………………………………………. (S)he is directly responsible for all pitch activities and should maintain constant contact with the JSS management and with the Organizational Section and Sports Section Administrators. They will have full responsibility for the following activities:

Co-ordinate all those in charge of the various age groups and various trainers
·
Prepare and coordinate the formation of groups
·
Represent the reference for all the technical issues relating to training sessions
·
Manage the formation and development of the coaches’ preparation
·
Manage schedules and training areas of each group within the various structures
·
Prepare and attend to the annual and monthly program of the various categories
·
Manage, store and organize substitutions
·
Plan and organize technical meetings for the Team
·
Coordinate and manage relations with families and hold meetings with
them
·

Secretarial Administrator - Front Office

Categories Administrator (name category 8-10 age)

……………………………………………………… Both must periodically meet with the JSS International Academy Technical Section Administrator for the correct technical management of the age group concerned. They will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate the coaches’ activities on and off the pitch.
Convene technical meetings related to the sector and/or age group.
Be a reference point for coaches, supervisors and parents on any issues relating to the conduct of the championships, tournaments and individual matches.
Distribute the yearly program to all coaches.
Inform the team managers (coaches) and supervisors of the Federal Regulations (and any subsequent amendments) and provide them with the tools to fully manage a match. Work with the JSS International Academy Sports Section Administrator for the proper administration of modifications or notifications.

Organize start, mid and end of year meetings with the parents. Categories Administrator (name category 5-7 age)
The Administrator of all teams in category …………………………………………………… for the season is …………………………………………………… The approach and introduction to sporting activities is a crucial moment in the growth of a child: for this reason, the JSS International Academy invests heavily in this age group and in that which these children can learn (and therefore must be taught). In this context, the Head of the non-competitive categories, along with the teams, must know how to promote and develop a model that represents the right ethicalsporting, behavioral and motivational values, this being the essential basis for the child’s future development. The said administrator must therefore:

Coordinate the coaches’ activities on and off the pitch.

Child Protection Policy Administrator (CPP)
The CPP Administrator of the JSS International Academy for the
season is

Ensure that all child protection matters are dealt with in accordance with the JSS Child Protection Procedure and Policy.
·
Ensure that the entire team has received a clear and conscious preparation concerning Child Protection.
·
Provide support to any staff member in accordance with the Child Protection Policy.
·
Be responsible for contacting the parents of the child/children involved in any welfare or Child Protection issue.
·
Ensure that every collaborator signs the vision statement of this Manual and are committed to the compliance of the directives contained within.
·
Supervise and monitor the activities of employees and staff regarding the Child Protection Policy
·
Allow each team member to sign the CHILD PROTECTION POLICY VISION STATEMENT FORM (Annex 1)

JSS International Academy Coaches
A youth team will be assigned to each JSS International Academy Coach. Their duties and responsibilities are as follows:
·
Adhere strictly to the rules contained in the Child Protection Policy
·
Place the welfare of the child as priority in every moment of the child’s activity
·
Refer to their Administrator in the event of any problem, doubt or perplexity
·
Take full responsibility of the group (in the dressing room and on the pitch)
·
Implement all the necessary precautions to ensure that no hazards can harm the students
·
Adhere to the pre-established annual and periodic program
·
Organize the training session before hand
·
Arrive punctually at the training area in order to prepare the training session
·
Take care of their image, their gestures and their words at all times given that a coach should be a point of reference and an example to their pupils
·
Interact and collaborate with other coaches and those responsible for educational materials, pitch logistics, medical bags, etc..
·
Take full responsibility for the materials they use, from balls to educational material, from the medical bags and water bottles for matches to the match jerseys and vests.
·
Examine the Team Manual in order to fully understand the rules of conduct and management of the JSS International Academy protocols (Annex 1)
·
To have attended at least the basic Juventus University training course, or make a commitment to attend it at the first available opportunity the season (Annex 2)
·
Deal with their mailbox on a daily basis in order to be updated continuously and to be able to bring colleagues up to date regarding any news and/or developments concerning the JSS International Academy.

JSS International Academy Coach Assistant
The Coach Assistant for the

The Coaches Assistant (CA) of the JSS International Academy must collaborate with the trainers in the management of the training session. Specific tasks can be assigned to each CA at the request of the Administrator and/or the Manager. Their duties are as follows:
They must constantly communicate with their Administrator to optimize their work and their skills.
They must participate in the Juventus University courses during the year
They should be available within the limit of their capabilities and skills for particular JSS International Academy needs (reception, refereeing, etc.).
They should follow the guidelines of the Child Protection Policy
They should meet with the coach before each training session concerning the behavior to be maintained during the xp.
1.11
Medical Section Administrator
The JSS International Academy Medical Section Administrator for the
season is
………………………………………… The Medical Section Administrator is the point of reference for the Academy in the administration of players’ medical problems. As part of that role, and depending on the situations, the Medical Section Administrator will treat the player personally, or suggest that the technical staff of the Academy send the player to a first aid facility or another doctor. Part of the Medical Section Administrator’s duties are also:

communication with the family concerning possible injuries or illnesses;
·
periodic verification that the compilation of the medical records and their filing has been carried out correctly;
·
define the content of the first aid medical bag to be present on the pitch during the activities;
·

Administrator concerning the proper use, storage and filing of the medical material
·
provide advice and guidance to the technical staff, when required, in order to deal with any injuries correctly.

Medical Section Administrator Assistant (MSAA)

Check at all times the content of the medical bag
·
Compile the opening and closing of the injuries sheet
·
Inform the coach on the possible return-to-activity date.
1.13
Educational Material Administrator
The MSA assistant for the

His/her duties and responsibilities are:
·
Control of the balls’ internal pressure
·
Control of material that will be used for training so that the safety of children who will use the material is always guaranteed.
·
Preparation of material before the training session
·
Ordered storage of the material after the training session
·
Constant verification of the sufficiency of the available material
·
Communication with the JSS International Academy Organizational Section Administrator to report lack of material, worn or damaged materials, unusable balls
·
Daily detailed control of all materials for which they are responsible during the week, especially balls, in order to identify missing or damaged materials or materials to be replaced.
The
said
person
will
communicate
with
the
JSS
International
Academy
Organizational Section Administrator to quantify the penalty the coach responsible for the loss must pay.
1.14
Safety and Logistics Administrator
The Safety Administrators (SA) for the
season are:
The primary objective of the JSS International Academy is to continuously improve the quality of its service: it is to this purpose that the person responsible for logistics, preparation and the safety of pitches must operate. To improve means attention to detail, therefore they must take the utmost care when dealing with the following points:
·
Verify the logistics of the pitches and dressing rooms
·
Verify and restore the optimum preparation condition of the location (TnT, sport, etc.).
·
Verify there are no hazardous materials within the pitch area
·
Verify and constantly request the coaches to close the entrances to the pitches once the boys have entered the pitch
·
Ensure that no coaches and children run in the corridors between the dressing rooms and the pitches and the passageways between the pitches.
·
Verify daily the safety conditions of the following locations:
·
- pitches (turf, fencing, goals, benches, ….)
·
- locker rooms (benches, hairdryers, clothes hangers, cleanliness, …)
·
- access corridors to the pitches
·
Solve problems or report the situation to the JSS International Academy Organizational Section Administrator
·
Administer
possible
problems,
in
collaboration
with
section
Administrators and the Administrator of the secretariat.
1.15
Medical Bag Administrator
The Medical Bag Administrators for the
season are:
Their duties are:
Check that there is a Medical bag on each pitch at all times and that it is complete
Ensure that the said medical bag is always in a location of easy and quick access, protected from the rain and possible contact with balls
Remove and store the medical bag in a dry and secure location at the end of the activity.
1.16 Training Logistics Administrator The Administrators for the
season are:
Their duties are:
·
Prepare the planning of the pitches with the subdivision of the various groups
·
Verify the correct administration of the dressing rooms
·
Post the planning of the pitches on the door of the dressing room before the arrival of the coach
·
Communicate at all times with the JSS International Academy Technical Section Administrator especially when there are events or friendly matches
1.17 Reception Administrator The Reception Administrators of the boys within the structure for the
season are:
Their duties are:
Be present at the door for official receptions
Ensure that all coaches are in their dressing rooms and ready to welcome the children, and ensure their promptness if necessary
Accommodating youngsters with a smile and show them to their dressing room
Be available to answer parents' requests and/or questions
Be present at the exit door to ensure that children are entrusted to their family. Carry out this task in an absolutely thorough and stringent manner
Never leave their posts without first making sure that another coach has taken their place.
Section 2 Team evaluation 2.1
The evaluation
All members of the team will be evaluated during the season. The final evaluation of each trainer will be the result of a sum of 5 assessments. The five parameters evaluated are:

General education on the pitch

Group administration
-
Regard and alignment of the JSS model

General responsibility towards the JSS project
-
Respect of the JSS International Academy regulations
The first three parameters will be evaluated by the administrators of the three macro,
the
fourth
parameter
will
be
objectively
evaluated
by
the
three
Administrators of the Larger sections (organizational, Sports, Technical) using a points system: -1 point for each absence, +1 point for every replacement, +2 points for attendance at the technical-organizational meetings, -2 points for each absence from the meetings, +1 point for helping with non-coaching activities (preparation, storage etc.) The
fifth
parameter
will
be
assessed
by
the
JSS
International
Academy
Organizational Section Administrator who will evaluate the compliance or noncompliance of the trainer to the rules laid down by the JSS International Academy (match reports, punctuality, alignment with the JSS model, alignment with the Child Protection Policy, etc.).
Evaluation will be completed by 31-5-2011 and submitted to the JSS management. In this final ranking, where the 5 parameters have different values, the JSS management, the JSC Administrator and the Organizational, Sports and Technical Section

allocation
of
