Mission Statement The Mission of the Alabama Sports Design Conference is to gather all designs sport designers from the state of Alabama together to create a yearly conference to experience the workshops, speakers and gatherings within the state. The mission is to create a melting pot of create minds to come together not only from Alabama, but from across the United States

Strategic Goals and Objectives To give Alabama a sports design conference To promote sports design within the state of Alabama To allow sports designers to come together To raise money for scholarships for high school/ college students to receive for a degree in sport management.

Market Research When reviewing and weighing options for this event. We spoke to many Sports Designers in and around the state of Alabama. Wanted to see the impact this form of conference could have and if it would be worth while and what impact it would have on Montgomery, AL.

Key Findings After speaking and many designers we felt that the state of Alabama needed this type of event. It would help foster growth in the sports design company and to be held within the capital is a prime area. Could bring extra revenue into the city as well and gain popularity in hopes of continue or moving it to a larger revenue in the near future.

Community Relations Montgomery Biscuits in downtown Montgomery, AL as a night on the town. Would have a opportunity to visit the Rosa Parks Museum and to possibly get designers to work with local business with marketing plans and graphics. Sit down with the City of Montgomery and get the needs in regards to marketing and see if any area could be improved with the help of the designers as well as the Montgomery Biscuits, Auburn University at Montgomery.

We would make the media is informed about the event. Post in on twitter and facebook as well. Make sure to get the announcements out about the conference, and promote an evening with the Montgomery Biscuits in downtown Montgomery. Make special announcements about speakers and what will be happening to draw attention to the conference.
