Discover our new Dawn Yogurt Cake Mix to add variety to your offer. Tender and fluffy, barely sweet, it has a hint of light yogurt flavour. It offers wide possibilities with Dawn Fruitfillings and Dawn Compounds. Play with shapes, inclusions and decorations to create delicious creations!

Tips and tricks

For versatility, vary size and shape of the mould, add inclusions, toppings and decorations!

To boost the yogurt flavour, replace 225 g water with 225 g plain yogurt. To get the best volume result, make sure to mix all ingredients at medium speed.

APPLICATION RECIPE

1000 g Mix

300 g Oil

225 g Water

350 g Eggs

WORKING METHOD

• Mix all ingredients for 3-4 minutes with a flat beater on medium speed. Fill into the desired cake mould.

T° AND BAKING TIME:

• Bake at 170ºC / 175ºC (deck oven) / 150 ºC (fan oven) for +/- 40-50 minutes depending on size.
