Tips and tricks

For versatility, vary size and shape of the mould, add inclusions, toppings and decorations!

To boost the yogurt flavour, replace 225 g water with 225 g plain yogurt.

To get the best volume result, make sure to mix all ingredients at medium speed.

WORKING METHOD

Mix all ingredients for 3-4 minutes with a flat beater on medium speed. Fill into the desired cake mould. Bake at 170ºC / 175ºC (deck oven) / 150 ºC (fan oven) for +/- 40-50 minutes depending on size.
