We are proud to introduce Dawn® Delicream Bueno and Dawn® Delicream Coconut, two exciting new additions to our fat-based fillings range. Delicreams are perfect for filling leavened products such as donuts or puff pastries after baking. Similarly they work perfectly in whoopie pies or sponge layers. Our new fat-based fillings contain no water, which means they do not add moisture, allowing your finished bakes to be stored at room temperature for extended periods.

With a smooth and creamy texture and intense, rich flavours, Delicreams are also great for enhancing creams and frostings. When warmed, they can even be used as eye-catching and tasty coatings for donuts or cakes.
