STORAGE CONDITION REQUIREMENTS : Store in a cool dark place. Heat and light can decrease the percentage of light transmission from bottled maple syrup and can affect the quality and color. Refrigerate after opening. SHELF LIFE : Maple syrup could be preserved for three years if specific storage conditions are applied, and one year when packaged in plastic jugs. Refrigerate after opening. The opened product can be kept up to 6 months. ALLERGENS AND GMO : We apply procedures to avoid cross-contamination between products with allergens and maple syrup. This product is not made with ingredients from genetically modified organisms. PRODUCTION CODE EXPLANATION. EXEMPLE : 12345, follows the Julian calendar  123 : Julian production day.  4 : Year of the production day.  5 : Production time. GUARANTEE : We certify that our product is made with pure organic maple syrup and does not contain additives or contaminated elements. Organic maple syrup is obtained exclusively by the concentration of the sap from maple trees. Expiration dates confirm that the product will be proper for consumption until that date. The expiration dates do not guarantee that the product retains the same color (transmission) or the same fresh delicious taste during its lifetime. It is important for the product to be well stored in a cool and dark place. Heat and light exposure can affect the quality and the color of the maple syrup. The transmittance values may be lower than those measured during production.
