Familia Chef Daniele Muller: buque insignia y promotor del patrimonio Rolandi, de nacionalidad suizo-mexicana, estudió Gastronomía en Lyon, Francia, en el Instituto Paul Bocuse. Ha trabajado en Restaurantes reconocidos por la famosa guía Michelin. Luego de estas experiencias, incursionó en la escena mexicana donde ha desarrollado los restaurantes Rolandi. Family Chef Daniele Muller: Flagship and promoter of heritage Rolandi, of Swiss-Mexican nationality, studied Gastronomy in Lyon, France, at the Paul Bocuse Institute. He has worked in recognized Restaurants by the famous Michelin guide. After these experiences, he ventured into the Mexican scene where he has developed the Rolandi restaurants.
