VACCINATION AND HEALTH
All bulls have received a complete Zoetis vaccination program including pre-breeding shots and a breeding soundness exam. Bulls have passed a semen test and are free of all current genetic defects.

VOLUME DISCOUNT
Purchases of 3 bulls or more will receive the following discounts: 3 bulls purchased will receive a 3% discount on your purchase. Each additional bull purchased will receive an additional 1% discount; up to 10 bulls with a 10% discount. To receive the discount, purchases must be made by the same buyer and verified by the transfer of registration paper to that buyer.
SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASE GUARANTEE
Lone Oak Cattle will guarantee your satisfaction or sight unseen purchases as long as you visit with us about your needs prior to sale day. Personnel will be available to handle phone bids.

DIRECTIONS TO LONE OAK CATTLE FROM MOUNT VERNON, go north on HWY 1. From the railroad tracks, go exactly 3 miles north to Ellison Rd. Turn right and go east 5 miles.

Purchaser will receive a $50 discount per bull hauled away on sale day. Lone Oak Cattle will feed and care for the bulls free of charge for 14 days from sale day. After 14 days, buyer will pay $3 per bull per day until picked up or trucking arrangements are made. Free delivery for the first 150 miles, or to a central location. Registration Papers Registrations are in order and will be mailed to the buyer in a timely fashion.
SEMEN INTEREST
Lone Oak Cattle will retain 50% semen interest in every bull sold. Buyer receives 100% possession and resale/salvage value, and 50% semen interest. Please visit with us for further information as this will possibly affect one or two bulls a year.
FIRST BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE
Buyers of all bulls selling for $3,000 or more qualify for the first breeding season guarantee on any bull injured during the first breeding season. Sale at the value of the purchase price minus salvage value. Contact Lone Oak Cattle promptly so the decision to return the bull to us or to sell the bull may be made. Breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following the first turn-out of the bull. In the event of death of a bull during the first breeding season, a credit of 25% of the sale price will be granted. All credits must be used in the next Lone Oak Cattle sale. No warranty price shall exceed the purchased price of the bull.
FEEDING AND CARE OF THE BULLS
Lone Oak Cattle would like to take this opportunity to extend a huge “THANK YOU” to Terry Chapman and the students in the beef program at Kirkwood Community College. The yearling bulls arrived at Kirkwood in early October and have been fed together in one pen until sale time. Bulls were fed for an average daily gain of three pounds. Weights were taken approximately 30 days apart throughout the feeding period. Thank you, once again, to the Kirkwood crew for the feeding, care and preparation of the bulls.
