Cattle will sell under the terms and conditions of the American Gelbvieh Association. Settlement must be made by cash or good check prior to load out, unless prior arrange ments have been made with Sale Management. Registration papers will be transferred upon completion of payment for purchases. A 1.5% monthly interest rate will be applied to any invoices not paid within 30 days of sale date. All Sales are between the seller and the buyer.
Embryos
All frozen genetics will be released to the purchaser once payment is received. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to arrange and pay for shipping.

When Wes and I were asked if we would like to participate in the Mid-American Elite Gelbvieh & Balancer sale we wanted to offer something that could reach as many breeders likes and needs as possible. We have not offered many females for sale over the recent years and thought this would be a great opportunity to show case the goals we have been working towards throughout our career in the cattle industry. We place a lot of emphasis on the females we retain for production. They have to be structurally correct, easy fleshing and maintain a balance of performance and production along with eye appeal and disposition. Gelbvieh and Balancer Sale Mid American
Each consignor is given the opportunity to put the heifer into the futurity: if consignor declines, the buyer is then given the opportunity to put the heifer into the futurity
Each Futurity entry is $100 and will be either take out of sale check or added to the buyer’s bill, depending on who is entering the heifer into the futurity.
• The consignments are not required to be in the futurity.
The consignment will be transferred to the name of who will be participating in the futurity. If the heifer is sold after the sale and before the next Mid American Stock Show the heifer is no longer eligible for the futurity.
• Heifers are only eligible in the futurity at the MidAmerican Stock show following the Elite Sale they are purchased.
• Any person is eligible to purchase and participate in futurity, regardless of age.
• There is no limit to the number of futurity entries one buyer can have.
• Each year there will be a futurity class at the MidAmerican Stock Show.
• Each year the MidAmerican Elite Gelbvieh and Balancer Sale Futurity Pot will be paid in it’s entirety. 70% going to the Champion in the Futurity Division and 30% to the Reserve in the Futurity Division
