ACCELERATED DEGREE PROGRAMS

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)

This program is designed for working professionals and aspiring managers from a wide range of backgrounds who wish to advance their careers or acquire the skills, tools and expertise necessary to succeed as leaders in the new economy.

Three concentrations: Business Analytics, Finance and Information Systems | Classes in Wilmington or fully online

Educational Leadership (MEd)

This program prepares transformational school leaders through new understandings of 21st century leadership models and frameworks that support diverse, inclusive, equitable, safe and caring learning environments to promote positive school culture.

Educational Leadership (EdD)

This program readies culturally responsive, transformational senior-level administrative leaders, policymakers and researchers to design solutions across K-12 institutions, higher education institutions and other educational and civic organizations.

Cohort model with weekend classes

NURSING (MSN) — 100% ONLINE

With 1 course blocks, 24/7 access and degree completion in two years, this program prepares students to advance their careers and become leaders in nursing.

Two concentrations: Global Leadership and Nursing Education

Opportunities for practicum completion close to home

PSYCHOLOGY (MS) — 100% ONLINE*

New in fall 2023, this program offers students the ability to advance their education or current career in a format that can be completed in two years (full-time schedule) or three years (part-time schedule).

Two concentrations: Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology

*Occasional campus visits to discuss internships

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (MPA)

This practitioner-focused program allows students to advance their own careers while also advancing community interests with a focus on civic engagement and community empowerment.

Classes at Wilmington location or fully online

SOCIAL WORK (MSW)

This program, the only one in Delaware accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), prepares students for advanced practice with individuals, families, groups, organizations and communities.

Classes in Wilmington, Dover or fully online

Advanced Standing option for qualified students

SPORT ADMINISTRATION (MSA)

This program readies sport, recreational and fitness professionals for advanced administrative responsibilities within sport and sport-related organizations.
