IRA- Required Minimum Distributions

Individuals who are age 70½ or older and who must take required minimum distributions from their Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) may donate using this method. Donations in this way count towards the minimum distribution requirement and will not be counted as income in the year given, which reduces income tax liability.
