Mission: When you formulate your personal mission statement you look at the values, talent, passions, and gifts you bring to the table. It should read: “My life mission is to fulfill my values by using my talents, in the area of my passions in order to ultimately leave these gifts.

Vision: Start with the end in mind. Question that you can ask yourself: If we were meeting back here <date>, and you were looking back over the preceding five years, what has to have happened during and/or by the end of those five years for you to feel really good about yourself, your life, and the fulfillment of your personal mission?

Whose Life are you leading? How do you know? What are you asking? Are you asking how much money am I able to earn? Are you asking what is the opportunity at hand?

How do you have balance in life and work? As the third Quarter starts, ask yourself if you are living purposefully or are you living a life that is just expected of you? Now is the time that you can stand on the shoulders of giants to see the life that is true to you!
