Digital Design Practice Lab

Founded in 1925 by Pedro Augusto Gomes Cardim, the Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo is acknowledged for its huge participation in the artistic and cultural scenario of the city of São Paulo, being considered one of the most renowned and traditional institutions in the country. Since 2015, Belas Artes launched an intensive investigation to understand the role of Digital Design Process in the field of product design, fashion design, arts and architecture. With one of the most advanced Digital Fabrication and Rapid Prototype Laboratory in São Paulo, it was of huge importance to have educational strategies to give the best for their students and organized all of these actions in a department called "Digital Design Practice Lab". Here, we are very proud to show all the works of the students. In early spring, this space shows works not finished, so everybody could help! We think, that this space could be launched as the first "open source evaluation classroom"! ENJOY IT!
