Optimism is such an underrated skill; it has so many benefits, including increased wellbeing and better sleep and everyone can adapt their lives to experience it. It’s so simple to incorporate into your everyday life. A good place to start is, to create some positive mantras for yourself, one’s in which you can think back to when times are tough, and which will lead you back onto a positive mental path.
Focus on your successes, and remember the hurdles you’ve over come to achieve them! Having gratitude for your successes will only spur you on to do better.
Have a focus, whether it’s a positive role model, a goal or just to trying something new, it’ll encourage you to think of the most positive outcomes, of which you are aiming to reach for.
Stay positive, everyone is faced with challenges throughout their lives, however it’s not necessarily the challenged which throw us off course, but the way we interpret and reaction to them. You can’t always change events or circumstances; however you can
I keep my eyes on the horizon.
change how you perceive and respond to them. In any situation think of the positives and also what you can learn and gain from your experience, rather than what you have lost. This is always the first step to bouncing back when it comes to disappointment. And when it comes to tragedy take comfort in the good times, for they’ll never change.
Sponsored byTry to avoid predicting the future, nothing is certain; therefore it’s important to try not to predict the future based on what has happened before. When things don’t go to plan in life, optimists tend to see it as an isolated event; whilst pessimists often look out for reoccurring patterns of bad luck, and think “if it’s happened once, it’ll happen again”. However in life this just isn’t the case.
Surround yourself with positive vibes! Spending time with negative people means it’s only a matter of time before it starts to rub off on you. Being around like minded positive people is important to ensure you optimism for life is present and in full swing! This also applies to other influences in your life, such as movies, music and books. Surround yourself with positive influences and see the effect it has on your state of mind. Mindfulness and mediation are great outlets to explore when it comes to seeing the positives in everyday life and remaining grounded.
Do something for yourself and keep a Gratitude Diary. When something bad happens and puts us in a foul mood, it rarely escapes our attention. However how often do
The glass is most definitely half full.
we actually appreciate when things are going smoothly? Reflecting in a gratitude journal changes your focus and thinking, and enables you to be grateful for all the things that do go to plan.
Challenge negative thoughts; negative thoughts are often based on our own fears, doubts and low-self- esteem. Therefore to over come this, you need to challenge these thoughts and put them into perspective. Ask yourself what’s the evidence that these thoughts are true? And the evidence that they are not? All negative predictions are usually just that, predictions.
Always focus on the solution, rather than the problem. To be an optimist, look for the solutions. Pessimists tend to focus on the problem; and that’s not helpful for anyone, as it doesn’t change the situation. Don’t waste time reflecting on what could have been, let go and get proactive planning your next step!
Fake it till you make it! Optimism isn’t something that comes naturally to everyone, and it can take time to change your mindset. So in the meantime, attempt to put the action before the feeling and interpret a more positive outlook. Studies have shown that it is possible to trick yourself into a more positive mindset by going through the motions. Smiling, laughing more and speaking in a positive tone are all ways that can help you onto the road of optimism and happiness!

Apersonal favourite for essentials, Uniqlo delivers well priced clothing that holds up quality in its purpose. Just ask Roger Federer, he also agrees. Federer is considered to be one of the greatest tennis players of all time.
The Swiss player has proved his dominance on court with 20 Grand Slam titles and 103 career ATP titles. Who better to be an authority on simplicity and functionality. A worthy ambassador for a brand that also aligns itself with modern tech fabrics and design sensibility.
Uniqlo is a clothing apparel company, which was originally founded in Yamaguchi, Japan in 1949 as a textiles manufacturer. Now it is a global brand with over 1000 stores around the world. Redefining clothing, with a focus on quality and textiles which has been unwavered
since the company’s origins in 1949.
The first Uniqlo store opened its doors in June 1984, proving the success of the SPA manufacturer retailer model controlling the entire process from product planning, production, distribution and marketing.
Uniqlo's RemitUnlocking The Power of Clothing.
"We believe we can turn the power of clothing into a force for good. By designing, making and selling good clothing, we can make the world a better place.
Good clothing means creating simple, highquality apparel that is made to last.
It means making clothing that enriches the lives of people who wear it by giving them comfort, protection and pleasure.
It's produced in a way that is harmonious with nature, without excessive burden on the environment.
What first began as every day wear, Uniqlo has reinvented in Japan as LifeWear. LifeWear isn’t disposable clothing, but perfect components made with quality. We create LifeWear by evolving the ordinary, producing innovations big and small that benefit you ever day.
u
Good clothing is made by people of diverse backgrounds working with energy and enthusiasm, under conditions where their health, safety and human rights are respected and upheld.
We will extend this same spirit to our customers and all our stakeholders by working with them to aspire to a better society where we all thrive.
This is our promise: to always work towards a better, more sustainable society."
If you’ve been to one of the many Uniqlo stores, you may have noticed the recycling boxes. They're using these boxes to take clothing donations from you that they then donate to people in need around the world. To make this possible, they’ve partnered with Goods For Good, a UK-based charity who distribute donated clothing and hygiene products to the people that need them most.
Uniqlo makes LifeWear. Our clothing is designed for everyone, everywhere, every day. Our lives and priorities have now changed, and many of us are looking for clothing pieces that enhance our new everyday lives.
Collaboration: In 2009, UNIQLO and legendary fashion designer Jil Sander launched +J. It challenged conventions in its mission to improve life with thoughtfulness, accessibility, and high-quality pieces.
Even since Uniqlo's humble beginnings in 1984, Uniqlo has continued to aspire towards excellence in quality, design and technology, and has managed to achieve as such. But even so, Uniqlo still strives onwards and upwards. Not in pursuit of perfection, but in evolution.
Uniqlo believes that everyone can benefit from simple, well-designed clothes. Because if all people can look and feel better every day, then maybe the world can be a little better too.
Uniqlo clothes are simple and essential yet universal, so people can freely combine them with their own unique styles, in any way they choose, every day of the year. Uniqlo is more than just a clothing brand. But a way of thinking. A steady consciousness of constant change, diversity, and the challenging of conventions.

March 2021 saw fresheye's first generation 'newness' feature which saw beginning of our attention on the newwill then give birth to a 'new'. The idea to bring attention to new dawning. A dawning that brings new hope, invigoration, new thinking and systems that mean we live on with new purpose and new ways of looking at things.
Moreover, an appreciation to adopt a 'new normal' which suggests that the old one is spent and now redundant. It appears that technology won't be holding back. With the idea that technological development grows exponentially, we're seeing its newness crafted in amazing robo tech, car manufacuring and smart devices. Industries that produce waste now have a pressing obligation to honour a new stance with respect to sustainabilty and best practice. Let's combine hope and obligation to create a brave new ingenius world for our future.

Ferrari presents the SF90 XX Spider, offering an exhilarating combination of on-track adrenaline and the sheer pleasure of open-air driving.
2024 Ferrari SF90 XX SpiderHoused in a former Lyon’s Coffee House on the edge of Smithfield meat market, Pascal Aussignac’s fabulous restaurant is a temple to Gascon gastronomy, the robust cooking of southwest France (cassoulet, duck, foie gras etc) which not many restaurants in London can offer. Aussignac’s thoughtful reinvention makes for a modern and mindblowing menu that now boasts a Michelin star, and, offering no fewer than 10 variations of foie gras, it’s become a mecca for it. Having been instrumental in the industry’s sharing revolution, dishes come tapas-sized so that everyone gets to try a bit of everything (five or six dishes per person make up a full meal), though you can still keep it all for yourself with an à la carte menu. The elegant room and good French wine list make it a popular spot for business lunches, but in the evenings true gastronauts take over. If you don’t want the full blowout, there’s Cellar Gascon, a wine-tasting
and tapas bar next door and a deli/café on the other side of the market (Comptoir Gascon, 61 Charterhouse Street, EC1; 020 7608 0851).
The same team is behind Le Cercle in Chelsea (1 Wilbraham Place, SW1; 020 7901 9999), a more modern space, equally modern concept.
Vibe: Spring 2024 is a season focused on wearability and going back to basics. At Saint Laurent’s runway show, presented under the light of the Eiffel Tower, creative director Anthony Vaccarello took that idea to heart-but with an imaginative edge that drew from some of the fashion house’s best-known archives.
Palette: Out of the 49 looks in this collection, nearly all of them referenced those classic Saint Laurent silhouettes, including the caftan-style dress. Of course, Vaccarello added in a bit of his own signature aesthetic, too—turning the usual beiges and tans to brick reds, saffron yellows, and deep marigold shades.
The stance of this collection is pragmatic, with couture-informed daytime looks and a looser silhouette than in past seasons.
Mood: Vaccarello also looked to a handful of famous women, like Amelia Earhart and the French test pilot Adrienne Bolland, for inspiration, as well as the concept of taking things from the male wardrobe and making them more feminine. (A fitting sentiment, since Yves Saint Laurent himself once said, “Chanel freed women, and I empowered them.”)
The latter theme could be seen in all the slouchy, oversized silhouettes—many of which were belted at the waist and then further dramatized with pairs of large, chunky, metal earrings that hung from the models’s ears like sculptures.

The term “superfood” is used a lot, but what does it actually mean?
The official definition just means a food that is nutrient dense but watch out because that can mean different things to different people.
Some of the foods that marketers and ill-informed journalists reference as “super” are anything but. Or, they just have mediocre nutrition that is over-hyped.
A good example of an overrated food is kale. That may bring grasps, because it seems to be everywhere these days. You know the hype has climaxed when even McDonald’s is testing it out in Canada and Southern California.
So why do we say kale is overhyped?
Because the measure of its antioxidant content (known as ORAC) is 1,770 per 100 grams. Sure that’s good, but it’s by no means amazing. Red leaf lettuce is 2,426 and you don’t hear anyone talking about that.
What follows are the 10 best superfoods not based on hype, but rather on measurable antioxidant content. Our list are the top foods that balance the antioxidant content with price and availability. Foods that have been elevated to superfood status in recent years include those rich in antioxidants (such as beta-carotene, vitamins A, C, E, flavanoids and selenium) and omega-3 fatty acids. Antioxidants are chemicals thought to protect against the harmful effects of free radicals, which are chemicals naturally produced in every living cell and known to cause cell damage.

The Terzo Millennio uses high-capacity supercapacitors in lieu of batteries, due to their more rapid storage and discharge of energy. These supercapacitors have been made to simultaneously capture and release energy to give the car an increase in performance, without having to depend on chemical reactions.
Pioneer and innovative by tradition, Automobili Lamborghini looks into the future with a visionary approach, bringing its own DNA’s values in the extreme. To plan its path through the electric super sports car, Lamborghini defines the requirements of the third millennium in terms of energy storage and innovative materials to secure the most emotional and ultimate driving experience.

Energy - The sports car of the future uses electricity instead of gasoline. Electric systems generate high efficiency and offer several interesting characteristics like the possibility to recover kinetic energy and to deliver huge peaks of power. In order to take the most from the opportunities offered by electrification, the accumulation system must be power-oriented and symmetrical, to allow high performances and the greatest energy recovery possible. To harvest this opportunity, today’s batteries are not enough and a big leap forward is needed: Lamborghini aim is to develop an innovative supercapacitor able to close the gap with conventional batteries in terms of energy density, preserving an outstanding power density.
Carbon fibre is used entirely for the body panels, containing nano-tubes that can repair themselves if the factory-fitted sensors detect any small cracks and dents in the panels.
The car still inherits the modern Lamborghini design, with the Y-shaped design elements such as the headlights and taillights, along with the triangular front trunk and rear engine bay.
Today’s craft beer drinkers are used to seeing obscure ingredients on their beer labels. There’s POG, Syrah grape must, habanero, you name it. It’s enough to make you wonder where the line is between beer and beer-like product. But brewers have been putting non-traditional ingredients into beer for more than a century. Case in point: milk stout.
What is Milk Stout?
Milk stouts are dark, thick ales with very low carbonation. In general, they have notes of sweetened coffee, espresso, and chocolate. Milk stouts aren’t cloyingly sweet like candy, but have a subtle sweetness reminiscent of whole milk (as the name suggests).
Do Milk Stouts Have Milk in Them?
Don’t go and replace your morning glass of milk with a milk stout. The beer has the sweetness of milk without all the good stuff. But that wasn’t always believed to be the case.
When milk stouts were first mass produced in England in the early 1900s, they were marketed as healthy and “a tonic for invalids and nursing mothers.” At the time, aged, or “stale,” beers were losing popularity, and fresh, or “mild,” beers were on the up and up. What is young always turns old and stale, however, and the fresh, sweet taste of mild beers dies unless a fountain of youth elixir comes in as a savior. Enter lactose, the sugar found in milk.
Milk Stout is a beer with a luxuriant, full mouthfeel and a sweet finish.
