Ann and Maureen enjoy working out, specifically the Chair Yoga class with Andi, seeing friends, and meeting new people. They also love the opportunities available to learn about healthy food and how to eat chickpeas! They believe if you want to feel better, you should be at the senior center. “You’ll feel 100 percent better when you leave!” When asked, Ann and Maureen said their favorite thing about visiting the senior center is the people and staff, because of how kind and thoughtful everyone is.
