Gym Refresh

A 30-minute refresher for exercisers who are somewhat familiar with fitness equipment. Staff will show you the basic operation of the cardio equipment machines and selectorized weight machines. To schedule an appointment, stop by any front desk.

Fitness Assessment

During this 60-minute assessment, a trainer will gauge your current fitness level and set benchmark “before” body measurements to compare against future body measurements as you progress toward your fitness goals.

Smart Start

Smart Start is a one-time 90-minute personal training session designed to set you on the right path to using the weight room and cardio equipment independently, with a personalized workout plan.

Personal Training

Personal Training packages are available for fitness members, any fitness level, and consist of half-hour or one-hour sessions that meet one, two, or three days per week based on fitness goals and motivational levels.

Includes, but is not limited to: g Customized Fitness/Weight Loss Programs g One-on-One Training g Exercise Prescription & Instruction g Post-Physical Therapy Rehab g Goal Setting, Motivation, Feedback g Build Lean Muscle Mass g Increasing Bone Density g Restore Range of Motion
