Derby Arena is a new iconic sports, events and conference venue based on Pride Park with great transport links. The Arena is an incredibly flexible space making an ideal venue for a wide range of activities and events.

Events of all scales can be catered for including celebrations, ceremonies, trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches, conferences and meetings.

The Arena can hold anything up to 5000 (seated and standing).

The Arena’s 250m indoor cycle track, sports infield, 150 station gym and group exercise studios offer further opportunities to build a bespoke corporate package to meet your needs. Our in-house catering and technical teams are on-hand to work with you to ensure we meet the needs of your event.

CYCLING PACKAGES Derby Arena is one of only five velodromes in the UK. Its 250m indoor cycle track has already been ridden by some of the world’s top cyclists including Sir Bradley Wiggins, Dame Sarah Storey, Laura Trott, Mark Cavendish, Joanna Rowsell and Ed Clancy.

Our cycling packages make a great team-building activity and are available either standalone or as part of a wider package. Sessions are suitable for any level of rider right from beginner stage; our coaches will deliver a bespoke session to meet your needs.

MEETING ROOM PACKAGES We have a range of multi-purpose rooms that can be used for smaller events, meetings, training, conferences, hospitality or as breakout space as part of a wider package or larger event.

The meeting rooms’ flexibility means we can cater for numbers between 10 to 180, boardroom or theatre-style. Our in-house catering and technical teams are on-hand to work with you to ensure we meet the needs of your event. There is access to Wi-Fi and we have induction loops available.

We can host conferences, exhibitions and dinners, tailored to meet your exact requirements. Our main infield space is a vast blank canvas to build your own bespoke event.

CATERING OPTIONS Our in-house catering team have a flexible range of catering options available and are able to accommodate all dietary needs.

Tables can be set to your needs, with table numbers laid out and table plans displayed for guests’ arrival. On request we can also provide a bar tailored to your requirements.

BRANDING On the event day you can bring in any kind of branding you wish, some companies have even brought branded vehicles into the building.

As part of the events package we can offer your company exposure on our social media platforms, website and within the venue itself.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT If you have any technical requirements for your event then we’ll be happy to build a package to suit you.

Electrical power can be provided to any point on the infield; particularly useful for an exhibition set up.

Lighting can be set to suit the mood of your event; beneficial for a dinner or awards ceremony.

Stages and lecterns are available in a range of sizes which can be paired with screens and projectors; suitable for an event of any size.

Additionally, our PA system and AV equipment can be adapted to suit the size of your audience; with the use of black curtains around the infield the sound quality is optimised.
