Welcome Spring has come early to Colorado and your Nor’wood 2017 Board of Directors is hard at work on preparations for Summer at Nor’wood Rec #1 facilities. Contracts have all been reviewed, tweaked and renegotiated for the 2017 year. Survey results have been collected and are being studied by each Board Member so that we can more effectively make decisions based on the desires of those who live in our community. Events have been scheduled and vendors selected as a means to further strengthen relationships with those whom we live next to. We are eager and excited to continue the legacy of Nor’wood Recreation, which I so often refer to as the ‘sweet spot’ hidden in the center of Colorado Springs. From our wonderful facilities, amazing events, and friendly neighbors, Nor’wood is and will continue to be a wonderful neighborhood for Colorado Springs residents who value a well-established neighborhood with a close-knit community feel and minimal fees. We eagerly await the arrival of Spring, and are looking forward to seeing you at our community events this Summer.

KEY CARDS Key cards issued in 2016 as part of the new security system will be active for pool and tennis courts as long as there are no outstanding balances. If you are still in need of a key card, or need a new one*, please complete and submit the Membership form found on the Norwood website. Key Cards will be available on Opening Day, May 20th, as well as during any regular open swim time. Please Note: * If you lose your newly issued card, there is a $25.00 fee to issue a replacement card.
