As phase one of our pool renovation has begun, the anticipation of the 2021 summer season builds. Homeowners are eagerly watching the progress and all asking the same question, “Will the pool be ready for opening weekend?” The answer is a resounding “Yes.” The 2021 Board of Directors (BOD’s) have worked since last fall toward accomplishing this first phase, and despite a few setbacks, we are well on our way to a timely pool opening celebration in May!

Diversified Properties 4325 N. Nevada Ave. #100 Colorado Springs, CO 80907 719-314-4524

Our Easter Egg Hunt, our first event in over a year, was an incredible success with just over 90 excited children participating. The faces of parents, grandparents and friends accompanying them was a welcomed site and only increased the BOD’s excitement for our summer events to begin! Please take a look at the calendar on page two for our events schedule.

Pool Management: Full Armour Aquatics

We, the 2021 BODs eagerly await the arrival of summer, and are looking forward to seeing you at any one of our events!

HOA VS. Recreation Association One common misconception about Nor’wood Recreational Association #1 is the fact that we are NOT an Homeowners Association (HOA). We are responsible only for the pool, tennis courts and park surrounding it. While we care greatly about our community, we do not have rights over the color of your home, how tall your fence is, or how many cars are parked outside of your home. Home-related concerns can be addressed by the City of Colorado Springs.
