The District shall withhold delivery of water from any tract of land until the charges for the current year and any prior year(s), including interest, lien and collection costs and fees, are paid in full. Any charge not paid in full when due shall accrue interest at the statutory rate of 1 1/3 percent per month until paid beginning April 1, 2020. Water will not be delivered until payment is received in full. Payment is due whether or not water is used or received. ASSESSMENT EXTENSION PAYMENT PLANS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE THIS YEAR. The Secretary of the District shall cause a late payment notice to be mailed to each parcel for which delinquent charges are owed. Said notice shall be provided and mailed to landowner on or after June 1, 2020 advising the landowner that an administrative fee of $150 will be added to the unpaid balance if not paid by June 30, 2020. For each account remaining delinquent and unpaid as of August 31, 2020 a second notice will be mailed to each parcel for which delinquent charges are owed. Said notice shall be provided on or after September 1, 2020. The land owner will be advised that the unpaid charges are accruing interest and that a Notice of Claim of Lien for any unpaid and accrued charges will be prepared and recorded if all charges are not paid by September 30, 2020. For each account remaining delinquent and unpaid as of October 1, 2020, the Secretary shall refer to the District’s legal counsel to prepare and record in the County Clerk’s office, a Notice of Claim of Lien for the amount of the unpaid charges, the delinquent charge, the administrative fee, cost of preparing, recording and releasing said Lien and any legal fees. On October 1, 2020 for each account remaining delinquent and unpaid from September 30, 2019, the Secretary of the District shall refer to the District’s legal counsel for collection, including foreclosure as provided by law, each lien that remains unpaid. If you have questions or concerns about your assessment, you may present them to the Board of Directors for changes or relief at the Board of Equalization on January 14, 2020, at 3:00 pm at 19604 Buck Canyon Road in Bend. The Deschutes County Planning Division has reviewed your application for a lot line adjustment. A lot line adjustment as defined by Section 17. 08. 540 of Title 17 of the Deschutes County Code, Subdivision and Partition Ordinance is:

An adjustment of a property line by the relocation of a common boundary where an additional unit of land is not created and where the existing unit of land reduced in size by the adjustment complies with any applicable zoning ordinance."

The zoning for these lots is EFUTRB ( Exclusive Farm Use- Tumalo/ Redmond/ Bend Subzone). All restrictions for this zone still apply to the subject properties. The current size of parcel 1 ( 18- 13- 19 104) is +/- 320. 00 acres, parcel 2 ( 18- 13- 19 102 900) is

20. 00 acres, and parcel 3 ( 18- 13- 19 104) is +/- 20. 00 acres. After the adjustment, parcel 1 will be +/- 240. 00 acres, parcel 2 will be +/- 60. 00 acres, and parcel 3 will be +/- 60. 00 acres. The proposed adjustments in size are within the allowable limits and the adjusted parcels will

meet or exceed the lot size requirements for the respective zone district. This application meets

the requirements as established and has been tentatively approved by the Deschutes County Planning Division. This tentative approval only confirms that the proposed adjustment meets the current zoning criteria necessary for lot line adjustments. In order to complete this application: 1.

A) detailed and accurate as -built drawing of system, including all pertinent setbacks, wells and surface waters. B) complete the back of this form listing ALL materials and amount used in construction ofthe system, C) signature certifying that the construction followed all permit and D.E. Q. construction rules.
