In the same environments, sound can be a major impediment to health and wellbeing. Students might not be able to hear their teachers effectively; office workers may not be able to concentrate well or collaborate in open plan spaces; and patients may find the bad acoustics stressful, hampering their recovery times. To deal with this problem we launched DESSO SoundMaster® Carpet, which controls sound by insulation and absorption, reducing the unwanted noise.
