ho will inherit our things? Will they serve as a reminder of our existence? Will they be treasured or wasted? We cannot control the way our properties are going to be used but we can make a will, so we can prevent our heirs from expenses and problems.
Almost all of us believe only rich people should make a will. We imagine the reading of a will in a fancy chamber in which the fortune of the late and the bequest left to his beloved ones are listed. Actually, any person with a personal property or real state should make a will in order to avoid the loss of at least part of the decedents’ estates in a long, expensive trial propitiating family feuds. A lot of people think is bad luck to make a will because that means they will die soon even though the most likely is their heirs consider they have bad luck by having the right over properties they aren’t able to have. 02

Quién heredará nuestras cosas?, ¿servirán de recordatorio de nuestra existencia?, ¿serán atesoradas o se dilapidarán? No podemos controlar la forma en que se usarán las que fueron nuestras propiedades pero si hacer un testamento y así evitarles a nuestros herederos gastos y problemas.
Casi todos nosotros creemos que sólo deben hacer testamento las personas que son muy ricas. Nos imaginamos la lectura de un testamento en un despacho elegante en el que se enumera la fortuna del finado y los legados que dejó a sus seres queridos. En realidad cualquier persona con una propiedad mueble o inmueble debe hacer testamento para evitar que se pierda al menos parte de la herencia en un juicio que puede ser largo, caro y propiciar desavenencias familiares.
