You are correct that job seekers should remain conservative when interviewing, no matter the weather conditions. Job candidates are judged on three things employment history, verbal communication, and exterior personal image. CHECK YOUR COAT

THIS IS NOT A SKI LODGE

Don’t wear your coat for the interview. Instead, leave your coat in the office closet or designated lobby area. Arrive early enough to ask the receptionist about the coat check area. Never ask the recruiter, “where can I leave my coat?” This might convey that you lack problem-solving skills.

During the winter, you may want to snuggle into your favorite sweater, crew neck, or turtleneck to combat the freezing temperatures. But leave your ski gear in the closet; a job interview is not the correct place for a turtleneck or sweater. For men, a tie is preferable; ladies wear a collared shirt.

Ladies, I enjoy wearing skirts all year; I struggle to keep my legs warm during the winter. Remember to remove your leg warmers before the job interview. Instead, try microfiber tights or support nylons for a little extra warmth with no strips or design pattern. Stick to black, brown, gray, or navy. Avoid winter white. This color is not professional, and definitely, a fashion don’t.

Dress shoes are not made for ice skating; therefore, wear boots to your next interview, but carry your professional shoes in your briefcase or tote bag. Please arrive early so you can dry your boots with a paper towel and carry a grocery bag to wrap your boots in before storing them in your tote bag. Avoid carrying a student backpack. This is not a professional look.

format

does

not

compliment

their

experience, grammar and punctuation are a big issue, and under-explained job descriptions plague most resumes. I would be more than happy to accept a 10All job seekers struggle with writing a winning resume to grab the attention of hiring employers. What to say? What not to say? What is relevant information about your jobs? It is never easy, especially when all career coaching experts have a different viewpoint on hiring, and it is just a confusing mess of information to regular people just trying to get hired. I have understood complete for years; my mission has been to simplify the job search process for job seekers – determined to make sense of the job requirements and the complexity of group interviews is beyond frustrating in my mindset. However, I understand that hiring the wrong employee can cost a company millions of dollars, and job seekers have to be willing and able to introduce their skills in the most qualifying format to appear as the best candidate.

WORD RESUME from a potential candidate; assuming you used ten perfectly selected words to explain your skills and experience; that might save me two minutes of browsing the wrong resumes. Nothing is more frustrating to a recruiter than receiving a resume for a General Labor position only to read the entire resume to discover the candidate is a mechanical engineer – well, I will just be donuts. JobFairGiant.com has launched a challenge for all job seekers to announce their Career Field, Experience, and Skills using ten words. The purpose is to make a straightforward introduction to hiring companies; if you do not know who you are as a candidate, how can you apply for the right jobs. How to rebuild your credit When you experience a financial challenge, your credit record could suffer. Rebuilding it takes time. There are no shortcuts or secrets. The steps below can help 1. 3. Don’t apply for too much credit in a short time Your credit score may go down if you apply for or open a lot of new accounts in a short time. This includes getting a new card so you can transfer balances, or opening a new store card account so you can get a discount.

4. If you do not qualify for a regular credit card, try a secured card Many banks and credit unions offer secured credit cards. With most of these cards, your credit line

 Select appropriate parts to load into welding fixture or cells.  Clamp work pieces into holding fixture on machine bed, or turntable.  Start machine, observe welding action, and examine weld for defects.  Label exhaust system or component, then load onto leak testing fixture.

Basic Qualification / Work Experience:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Minimum three (3) months related experience and/or training in a production manufacturing environment preferred. nd

Hilo Driver (2 shift) Starting Rate: $18.00/hr

 Communicate material request in a timely manner  Coordinate repacking of empty totes  Remove all empty totes, boxes, and recyclables from each cell and properly locate  Responsible to follow procedures for the cleaning and maintenance of the tugger/cart and the HI Lo if used.

Basic Qualification / Work Experience:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED)  Minimum one months’ related experience in Material Handler setting.  Forklift Certification st

1 shift: 4:00am – 2:30pm nd 2 shift: 3:00pm – 1:30am (.50/hr shift differential) The plant runs Monday – Thursday, with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
