Festivalový Palác v Cannes otevře brány vystavovatelům z celého. světa na 31. ročníku MIPIM, největším mezinárodním veletrhu. nemovitostí a investičních příležitostí, v týdnu od 10. do 13. března..
Vystavovatelům z České a Slovenské republiky zprostředkováváme účast již osmnáctým rokem. V rámci veletrhu mají vystavovatelé z Čech a Slovenska své významné postavení. České společnosti se nejednou umístily na prestižním ocenění MIPIM Awards.

Klíčová témata MIPIM pro letošní rok odrážejí především změny klimatu a jejich vliv na společenství obyvatel měst celého světa. V centru pozornosti je tak letos výzva pro globální udržitelnost a sociální a environmentální otázky shrnuté pod téma „Budoucnost je člověk“. Tomu budou primárně věnovány hlavní konference a také Summit politických lídrů. MIPIM se každoročně účastní na 600 měst a krajů z celého světa, až 4 500 developerů, 6 380 investorů, na 27 000 návštěvníků a vystavuje zde na 3 800 společností ze 100 zemí světa.
Za Českou a Slovenskou republiku očekáváme letos 230 až 240 účastníků. Mezi tradiční vystavovatele patří hlavní město Praha a jeho spoluvystavovatelé, město Ostrava a spoluvystavovatelé, Středočeský kraj, letos nově také Ústecký kraj, který se na MIPIM vrací po více než 10 letech a také společnost CTP. Ze Slovenska je to společnost HB Reavis.
Společnost CTP pod vedením Remona L. Vose a společnost P3 Parks se v tomto roce aktivně zapojily do akce s názvem Logistics Day, kde budou moderátory debat u kulatého stolu. CTP je také partnerem CEE Investment Summitu. Z dalších významných vystavovatelů a spoluvystavovatelů bych rád jmenoval např. Savills CZ, Cushman & Wakefield, Baker McKenzie nebo CBRE Czech Republic, Moravskoslezský kraj, Haškovcová & Co, PASSERINVEST GROUP a Sekyra Group.

We have been arranging the participation of exhibitors from the Czech and Slovak Republics for eighteen years. Exhibitors from the Czech Republic and Slovakia hold a significant post within the framework of the trade fair. Czech companies have, and not only once, been awarded at the prestigious MIPIM Awards.
Key topics of this year’s MIPIM mainly reflect the change of climate and its impact on the association of residents of towns throughout the world. The centre of attention therefore holds the challenge for global sustainability and social and environmental issues summarized under the topic of ‘The future is human’. This is the topic that the conferences will mainly be dedicated to as well as the Summit of Political Leaders. MIPIM is annually participated in by 600 towns and regions worldwide, with up to 4,500 developers, 6,380 investors, 27,000 visitors and some 2,800 companies from 100 countries exhibit there.
As for the Czech and Slovak Republics, we expect some 230–240 participants this year. The traditional exhibitors include the capital city of Prague and its co-exhibitors, the town of Ostrava and co-exhibitors, the Central Bohemian Region and this year also the Ústí nad Labem Region, which is returning to MIPIM after more than 10 years, as well as the company CTP. As for Slovakia, it is HB Reavis. CTP, headed by Remon L. Vos and P3 Parks, were actively involved this year in an event called Logistics Day, where they will take the place of moderators at a round table meeting. CTP is also a partner to the CEE Investment Summitu.
