Hnacím motorem veletrhu jsou technologie společnosti a hlavním tématem je finančně dostupné bydlení. „Na 2 190 vystavovatelů ze 45 zemí, více než 46 000 návštěvníků ze 76 zemí, otevření další haly: EXPO REAL 2019 byl větší než kdy předtím,“ uvádí Klaus Dittrich, generální ředitel Messe München, a dodává: „Silná účast odráží pozitivní očekávání realitního sektoru v tomto roce.“ Navíc se toto odvětví intenzivně zabývá inovacemi, aby bylo možné zjednodušit procesy a prezentovat nová řešení trhu. S nově otevřenou halou NOVA3 vznikla na EXPO REAL pro tento účel centrální platforma. „Jsme ohromeni, jak dobře byla tato nová nabídka přijata,“ říká K. Dittrich.

EXPO REAL 2019 V ČÍSLECH 46 747 účastníků ze 76 zemí (2018: 45 058/73) přijelo na EXPO REAL do Mnichova, což je nárůst o 3,8 %. Tento celkový počet lze rozdělit na 22 065 odborných návštěvníků (2018: 22 029) a 24 682 zástupců firem (2018: 23 029). Nejlepších 10 zemí po Německu, co se návštěvnosti týká: Velká Británie a Severní Irsko, Nizozemsko, Rakousko, Polsko, Švýcarsko, Francie, Česká republika, Lucembursko, USA a Španělsko.

2 190 vystavovatelů (nárůst o 4,5 % oproti 2 095 v roce 2018) přijelo ze 45 zemí. Kromě Německa bylo mezi deseti nejvýznamnějšími vystavovateli: Rakousko, Nizozemsko, Švýcarsko, Polsko, Velká Británie a Severní Irsko, Francie, Rumunsko, USA, Česká republika a Lucembursko.
