Proconstrói is a family-owned company whose founder has more than three decades of experience in the Construction sector in Mozambique, was established on September 12th, 2006. At the beginning of its activity it was mainly oriented to small and private works. On 2009, increased its share capital and now has a 5th category construction license. In 2016 we created three more new companies, in the branches of Architecture, Decoration and Real Estate, with the aim of offering turnkey solutions to the market. Proconstrói has shown a steady and sustained grown since its establishment, committing gradually to diversification of its action areas. In our portfolio we outline several general contracts, including various works from foundations to finishing works, seeking to present ourselves in the market with a modern image, conveying reliability and trust to our clients.

Architecture and Interior Projects In order to answer and meet all the requests that have been made to Proconstrói, we felt the need to establish an architecture company to meet the needs of both Proconstrói and Prodecor customers and, therefore, we created Proarq Lda., whose mission is being the binding element of these two companies. We provide architectural services in all its phases, from conception, licensing with the competent authorities to execution and monitoring of the works. The architectural area also helps customers in choosing materials and provides support before, during and after works. Each architectural project is unique and customized, where there is a complicity of ideas between the architect and the client. The final result will necessarily be a balanced commitment between the desirable and the possible.
In an architectural project all materials, finishes, and technical details must be outlined. Generally speaking, any well designed project allows for an accurate monitoring of costs of works, where all necessary parts are designed in detail. Among the services provided by Proarq we highlight the following:
