What’s happening Now at Northpark? New Pool furniture has been delivered to all five pools, chaise lounges, tables, chairs and umbrellas, just in time for your summer enjoyment. Northpark Tiny Tots: Open House on Friday, July 23rd, 10:00 a.m. for Moms, Dads and Caregivers, and tiny tots from 0-3yrs of age. Resident mom, Jessie, will be hosting a play day the first Friday of every month, come meet everyone at the Open House and get connected with other Tiny Tots in the neighborhood and make lasting friends. At the last Board of Directors meeting an Adult Only pool was suggested; the board would like to take a poll of what the community thinks, Yeah or Nay? Please email; northpark@crummackhuseby.com with your comments. If you see vandalism at the pools, parks or common area, please call management to report incident. Recently at the Forest Glen pool, graffiti obscenities were written with silver ink on one of the new patio tables. Please report immediately if you see something so a work order can be placed. New Olive Trees have replaced the 15 diseased Olive trees at the Meadowood Gate entrance off of Culver. New Eucalyptus trees have been replaced throughout the windrows, replacing the diseased ones. Community Garage Sale, by popular request the board has approved a Spring and Fall Garage Sale. The next garage sale will be Oct. 16th, 2010 and March 12th, 2011, mark your calendars. 4th of July Event, what did you think of the event? A new format was used this year; no hot dogs were served, just fun food, kettle corn, snow cones, cotton candy and fresh watermelon and lots of play equipment and activities for families to enjoy.
