Processes need to be in place when it comes to business. The key is to begin making money in your sleep is all about the systems already in place.
1. An operational system – how you will manage the day to day in your company. Remember, what gets attended to, gets done. So, write everything down – your logins, passwords, key contacts, and how you operate your business. 2. A client management system – how you will manage customer service and client related inquiries including refunds, exchanges, complaints, commendations, and anything else that could come to you from a client or customer. 3. A financial management system – how you will manage your revenue and cash flow. What is your profit margin goal and how will you ensure that you achieve it? This should absolutely be documented along with all of the other financial management spreadsheets, systems and software that must be used in your business. 4. A sales management system – this includes your entire sales funnel from pre to post sale as well as how you maintain and adjust. Is there a specific software that you use to keep track? 5. A marketing management system – this includes how you get known and found in the marketplace. This covers so much from your customer relationship management tool to the actual marketing strategies that you’ll use consistently in your business and everything marketing in between. 6. Talent management system – this is to manage those who will help you serve your clients – includes hiring, firing, sub-contracting, etc. 7. Legal management system – having agreements, contracts, etc. is key to building business and sustaining it. So how will your agreement be developed? How will you manage an inquiry that needs legal advice?

A special surprise for guests came from the group, Rejoice, held talented musicians that could really jam on the keyboard and on the drums! It was an evening filled with enjoyable moments and shopping. Food was catered by On Deman Catering, including smoked chicken with a twist, southern green beans, Texas styled chili beans, macaroni and cheese, and brocoli rice casserole. It was DELICIOUS! People came back for seconds. Nonetheless, this event was continued because the year has been tough for many families and individuals in general, and this was a laid back atmosphere to keep positive energy in the world.

1. Carefully think about your goals and write them all down on a piece of paper, it doesn't have to be fancy. No goal is too small. You can even take a few days to write this list, this is for you. Give yourself the time you need to come up with your list. Remember to think about how you want to feel, what makes you happy, and what you want to achieve. 2. Gather Supplies! Start with any board that you love, you can never go wrong with cork boards as they are easy to work with, but you can also use glass, white board, poster board, etc. You will need tape, glue, stickers, pins, markers, and magazines. You could also use embellishments that you would find in the scrapbooking section at your local craft store. You will also want to think about what you want to include, if your list includes a trip somewhere maybe print off a photo to use on your board, use photos from your phone or camera and get those printed to use. Spend your time doing this now so you can spend an uninterrupted hour designing your vision board. 3. Create a peaceful environment where you can create, think, and dream. For me this includes lighting a few candles, turning off the TV and my phone, and pouring a glass of wine.
4. Piece together the photos, quotes, magazine inspiration, embellishments and create your board. Finish when you feel happy with the vision you have set for yourself. 13
5. Hang your board where you can see it every single day. The simple act of looking at it every day will help you in reaching your goals, whatever they may be.

Mattress The Story Holder, is a book of poems... short poetic stories of life. Just when you thought it was only you who knew your story... guess what, the mattress also knew and kept your most intimate, and secret journey's through out.
Your are my poetry, in the middle of the night the mattress has me waking up early, deep thoughts of you and I, when I felt as if I was suffocating, you reminded me‌ there's two ways to breathe, when I felt like I was drowning, you taught me how to hold my breath until I floated to safety, it was your love that has saved me, during the days the sky was grey and rainy, you reminded me it was only temporary, for grey doesn't exist in the color spectrum naturally, so this too shall pass, blue skies will always outlast, now I'm seeing a rainbow from end to end, and it's evident you are my pot of gold, my lover my poetry my friend, in the midst of all this brainstorming I must have shaken the mattress, because you leaned over half awakened, and said‌"baby I love you are you ok", those seven words connected deeply and mentally, as I laid back down and commenced to hold you tightly. 14

Another year for Diamond Elite Magazine to push through! Regardless of a pandemic that may still continue another year, we made a way to keep pushing. No, it was not easy in the least bit, but we are proud to still be here and going into another year. Diamond Elite Magazine began in 2018 as an idea to push small business and entrepreneurs with advertisement that normally new business owners would not be able to afford. We are ecstatic that the plan is working and even bringing on a subsidiary DEM & Co Publishing which will help many become authors and have physical books out in the world. Make sure you’re following Diamond Elite Magazine on Facebook and Instagram to keep up with the latest announcements and opportunities that will be coming forward.

One of the best ways to keep growing as a person is by focusing on self-improvement, and doing more for yourself on a regular basis. This might mean taking steps towards reaching a goal. Or simply adding a few things into your day that make you feel good, such as reading more often or learning something new. While the idea of "self-improvement" can seem daunting, the good thing is it's an ongoing process, and not so much about pressuring yourself, or meeting deadlines
Imagine Yourself in the Future.
Once it's become a habit, it'll keep you from ever feeling stuck or bored, since you'll always have an eye out for new and exciting ways to grow. And it doesn't even matter what your goals are, as long as they're moving you in a positive direction. To get started, consider some of the tips listed below, which experts say can get you started on the road to focusing on self-improvement, and maybe even reaching a few goals.
Figure Out Where to Start.

One of the best places to start on the road to selfimprovement is by envisioning your future self, and how you might like to feel years down the line. And from there, beginning to live life from that perspective, Holmes says. So, go ahead and imagine an ideal older self. What are they doing? How do they feel? What's their daily routine look like? This can help you get a better idea of what "self-improvement" might look like, and the steps you can take to get there.
If you're feeling goal-less, it can also help to think about the five areas that pretty much everyone needs to keep working on, which include "health, relationships, finances, career, and spirituality," Holmes says. "Spirituality doesn't need to mean religion or believing in anything particular, it can mean self-love — doing what you need to do to make yourself happy, instead of worrying about what everyone else thinks or needs." If any of these areas need a little attention, let it serve as a jumping off point. You might, for example, realize that your career could use a little attention, which may inspire you to look for ways to expand, and see what else there is to learn. Self-improvement isn't always about reaching goals; it can also be about doing more of what you enjoy, and focusing more on yourself. In the process, you might learn something new, and you'll definitely grow as a person. But that doesn't have to be your main goal. So if you have a stack of books you've been meaning to get through, or an instrument you've been neglecting, pick 'em up. Find time in the day to make your hobbies a priority, and you'll likely feel better for it.
The process of reaching goals or making changes can be overwhelming, especially if you're being tough on yourself, or expecting it to all happen overnight. So check in with your thoughts, and assess how they make you feel. 21
