Grand Rising, Having a business is nice...but what will you do if one of your clients or patrons gets suit happy? Or it could be a business partner/friend. It could take months to years to get it before the judge. The courts recommend the use of us. Due to covid19 they are backlogged! Even after this stuff blows over, they will be. The fee of mediation with me? $1200 a day and clients usually do no more than 3 days. That is cost effective opposed to a lawyer. Which may charge upwards of $10,000 and up. If you do more than 3 days I am flexible with the fee a little bit. It is all virtual, so you don't have to worry about catching cooties or a virus. I'm safety first. Plus, I can mediate anywhere in the united states. Plus, I'm client friendly. 16 years of customer service experience. That's what matters. I've mediated over 30 transactions before being certified and now, court approved. I may not YET be internationally known in your eyes. But I take care of people's problems for a living. You also get into your uber or buy food from people you don't know personally. So, that's definitely not going to hold you back. There are benefits to doing your mediation with us. You get a person who is Intuitive *over 26 years trained*, who will dispute with you and your opposing party an outcome that helps all involved. I'm not promising satisfaction for all, but I will operate in the highest integrity and honesty. That's guaranteed. Character is my number one priority, along with helping you resolve the issue. Consider: SaQred Dispute Resolutions to meet your dispute needs. We are here and we are not afraid.
Ok...that last part I got from optimus prime, but you get my point. Contact: Quornesha S. Lemon Text/Call: 424-283-2787 *I always answer my dang phone unless I'm in another call. I usually respond right away.

Hello to all, I'm ARW from H-Town, Tx. What made me begin the zany, yet relatable fictional storytelling bi-monthly podcast, "Life with Kelly G" was originally back in 2013. The original story was Kelly Gigen was trying to pursue a Radio DJ career but years later, I changed it to an inspiring Screenwriter of what was reflective of some parts of my "Real" life of being an experienced "Jacks of all Trades" Film Assistant & PT Hospital Food Service Aide mixing with "Fiction Everyday Life". Growing up I wanted to be Animator, Cartoonist, or a Painter when I had that creative knack but, life changes got in the way due to a lot of personal setbacks that I had a falling out with Art, until later on I first I was trying to do Acting & Modeling to deal with failure of being rejected, scammed by dirty folks who exploited me, which it help me learn lessons to be wise, investigate and not be too gullible. Later on, took a different path to Screenwriting, Filmmaking, and Voice Lessons. So now as time moved on, I'm stable and I have been happily married for 10 years going strong. The concept of the story came about when I took a Radio Broadcasting workshop for a public radio access show, when a teacher I will not name, ask to come up with an original show to broadcast which never got aired due the teacher being a jerk, (I never nothing to this teacher) due, the person playing games and the schedule so many times. So, I quit on it, took time off to work terrible 9-5 jobs to dealing with serious private matters I had to take care, for a while until years later when podcasts were became more popular since the changes of Social Media platforms have risen, technology improving over time, me dealing rejection from agencies, being scammed with phony promises, having my taste (Good, Bad, and Ugly) working on Film sets and in Radio to heavily go to countless Film, Screenwriting, Voice Acting multiple Media workshops, classes, seminars, mixers, I felt I needed to go back re-develop the show, which it came at the right time in 2020! Enter the world of 38-year-old Kelly Gigen, a struggling widow who wants to succeed as a screenwriter but is going through the harsh reality of working two jobs as part time hospital food service aide and film assistant. Each week you will get a glimpse of the highs, the lows, the wacky occurrences that transitions into a positive light. Mainly adults 18 years & older. Not so many expletives, short episodes since it will be a bi-monthly show of 15 temporary episodes, generally speaking about "Life" & "Creativity". So far, I have a small following and I like to thank everyone for tuning in. The good thing is I'm cool with people whether if people do or don't like it, I can't change anybody's opinions of "Loner Culture" because it does exist since I'm an elusive, shy recluse who is not anti-social; I mean work with people all time to pay the bills and would like space, LOL! Sure, I'm glad I have a family, I just don't like the outdated negative stereotypes of what society labels "recluse & elusive". I'm a positive 20
person, I keep to myself and don't dig in anybody's profiles unless it's profoundly serious we all need to be aware! I like to collect my thoughts when writing a story to relate to the audience which is therapeutic, taking pictures, and doing DIY videos. It's just I don't like it when people force me to do something I'm not comfortable with to be more sociable when people find it abnormal. I would not force anyone to the same thing, I respect you for who you are, please do the same with me equally. Nīvē means "You Are" or "Yourself" in the Kannada language from India. Like all adults, I dealt with personal struggles to help inspire people to share stories, Art Therapy, DIY tips and to never change themselves through challenging times. Positivity, Negativity or Whatever you think, I can't change anyone's mind. ;-) It's free, no login required, no ads, press denied "Data Collection" I don't approve of it, only the Mobile Carrier does that. My management and I are paying monthly to not have those annoying ads to make it comfortable, easy to have a good experience to explore. Nīvē was inspired in 2020 as we deal with challenging times, I feel that there's so much going on I felt there was a need to share this app to adults with no price attached! As of the moment, I'm awaiting approval from Apple (keep your fingers cross). So as of which, it's on Google Play Store.

2020 has been a year of vision indefinitely. The untimely encounters that we all have experienced thus far has been overwhelming and eye opening. The status of the country at this time has been the most divided it has been in years. The systems in place are at an all-time fault, and again – we have not witnessed “justice.” Personally, I’m not even sure what that word means at this point. What is the answer at this point? We all go out and vote on the local, state and nationwide level, but what will really change? Will people in an authoritative position start being held accountable for their actions without them being pushed under the rug as is the world doesn’t see it? Will blatant racism diminish? We have protested and spoke up, but has it been enough? Why are we seeing the same history repeat itself from decades ago? If not centuries? So many questions and not enough answers. We stand together in this fight and will continue to say their names.
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” -Martin Luther King Jr.
