Jr. Members eat free May 2 The Club hosts a “1st Thursday Family Night” for its Members every month. This month’s program is May 2. The fun starts at 5 p.m. Members are invited to bring the family for a pizza and spaghetti dinner. Cost is only $5.50 for adults and youth 12 years old and younger eat at no charge. RSVP not required.

What’s for Lunch? We feature a deliciously different lunch Tuesday-Friday in the main dining room. A sample of the buffets include barbecue on Wednesdays, Italian on Thursdays, along with a bountiful seafood buffet every Friday. Serving times are from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Big Bucks Bingo

Tuesday bingo, pizza deal

We play Big Bucks Bingo every Wednesday! Total nightly payout over $1,600 not including two progressive jackpots with $1,000 minimum payouts. Warm-up/Early Bird games start at 6:15 p.m. There is a Special Monday night edition on May 6.

Stop by the Club on Tuesday nights from 4 to 9 p.m. and play Bonanza Bingo. When you hit an “H” pattern, we’ll pay you $75. If you buy a block of 50 cards, the Club will spring for a free personal pan one-topping pizza for you to munch on while you mark your cards.

$25,000 in scholarships available Applications for the 2013 Air Force Clubs Scholarship Program are now being accepted. Current Club Members or their family members who have been accepted by or enrolled in an accredited college or university for entry during the fall term may apply. At dark, players will begin the second 9 holes in the dark using glow-in-the-dark golf balls and flag sticks. Spring SpringGolf Golf Leagues Leagues Round up your golfing buddies and register to participate in the Spring Golf League at Redbank Plantation Golf Course. The 9-hole competition will take place every Wednesday at 4 p.m. beginning May 8. The league will run through the end of September. Free Women’s Self-Defense Seminar

Saturday, June 1 JB CHS-WS Fitness will present a Women’s SelfDefense Seminar in the group fitness room (Bldg. 725) on Saturday, June 1 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. The seminar will be instructed by highly skilled martial artist and is free to female I.D. card holders ages 15 and up. In this hands-on seminar, women will learn how to avoid and deter physical assault as well as how to defend against an imminent physical attack. No pre-registration is required. Cycling for Cycling&&Bricks Bricks for Tri-Training Tri-Training “Bricks” refers to training on two disciplines during the same workout, one after the other with minimal or no interruption inbetween. Participants make choose to treat this 1-hour fitness session strictly as a cycling class, or you may choose to break away during the second half hour to incorporate running and swimming (seasonal) into your workout. This multi-sport workout is geared to those who are training for an event or simply want to take their exercise goals to a new level. This form of training will appeal to all levels of multisports athletes and is offered Mondays and Fridays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in In the group exercise room.

Youth SwimTeam Team Youth Swim Final Final Registration Registration May 4 The Youth Summer Swim Team for boys and girls ages 5-17 will accept final registrations Saturday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Sam’s Gym on JB CHS-Weapons Station. The cost is $70 for one child and $60 for each additional child. Cash, credit cards and checks will be accepted (restrictions apply). “The “The Camp” Camp” for Preteens Preteens for Youth ages 11-14 who enjoy going on trips, participating in fun activities and meeting new people will want to check out “The Camp,” Youth Programs’ camp for pre-teens, June 3-Aug.16 from 6:30 a.m.-12 p.m. The cost is $65 per week.

FlagFootball Football and Flag and Cheerleading Cheerleading Youth Programs is currently accepting registrations for youth flag football players and cheerleaders for the upcoming season. Registration will run through May 31 for youth ages 5-17. The cost is $30 for members and 40 non$40forfor nonmembers. Parents must have a P.A.Y.S.
