If you call yourself an entrepreneur you must be willing to hire people to do jobs that don’t really require you. As an entrepreneur your job is to SOLVE PROBLEMS.
The biggest turning point in any entrepreneurs journey is when he decides that instead of working IN the business, he/she needs to work ON the business.
To get the fastest growth, you need to hire people to do all the things that can be done by others. Anything that you have to do 4-5 times a week and is systemized needs to GO!
I know it sounds borderline ridiculous but hiring others to grow your business is what true entrepreneurship is to me.
And it comes second to just SOLVING A BIG PROBLEM in my list.

When you fire yourself from the business, you have free time to see the bigger picture.
You can’t see the picture when you’re in the frame (working IN the business). But when you step outside the frame (working ON the business) you’ll see a lot of changes and growth strategies that can be implemented in your business to grow faster, better and get more profits.
