Digital Trip’s inventory solutions were designed to be easy to use - even an inexperienced user can quickly adapt to the advanced tools offered by our system. Bed-Banks One of the most important selling points of your website is the information you have about your stock. Descriptions, facilities and room details are all major factors in influencing your customer’s decision to purchase. That is why we’ve built our property and rooms administration sections to allow you to be as informative as possible without drowning your users in unnecessary text. The administration area has a simple form-based wizard that combines text boxes for your descriptions, simple tick boxes for facilities and amenities as well as the property style and type of holiday category it fits into i.e. active, all inclusive or family (or you can tick all of them!). There’s even dedicated areas for other information from restaurants and dress codes to room service and individual room facilities. Plus all of this information is included in your XML feed so resellers can utilise the information to sell even more of your stock! We even provide a Hotelier System that lets hoteliers log into the system and update their own room availability, pricing, stop sales and much more. They can also run arrival reports, or set up emails to notify them of any new bookings.
Tour-Banks Our tour-bank solution is a dynamic packaging product that allows you to create a completely custom tour. A tour can consist of as many stages as you like from a combination of Flights, Hotels, Transfers and Activities. The flights can either consist of static data held within the tour bank or can be dynamically packaged with a live flight, taken from an XML feed from the supplier, each time a search is done. If you are also using our bed-bank system, this can also be dynamically packaged. The tour-bank system can be used as a standalone product, without additional feeds or banks as each ‘stage’ of a tour can have static data added without having to enter a separate system. Each stage has a media section allowing the uploading of images which compliments the individual description to provide a very clear overview of a tour when viewed on the website. The tour bank also supports upgrade paths at every stage so the potential customers can upgrade their flight or cabin class, hotel room or even add additional activities providing there is time within the tour!
Enrich your website adding images, PDF documents (like brochures), video clips and even Flash animated files to each accommodation or tour product. It is so easy to use and all images that have been uploaded are viewable by a click of a button. Club Travel The brief: Club Travel is the original Irish specialist in consolidated, cheap and discount airfares and is one of the largest sports travel agencies in Ireland with match packages and tickets to all major sporting events. Club Travel has been established for 41 years and is the single largest Travel Management Company in Ireland. They identified the need for improving their online presence with a more integrated, fully bookable approach. The website also needed to be on-brand, socially integrated and offer led.

The work: Club Travel required a user friendly website that integrates with all Multicom suppliers. They also required an agent’s B2B site and a comprehensive CMS where they could control their website content with ease. Our Pro+ package was selected as the best solution for Club Travel. Its integrated advanced modules gave them complete control using our eVolve V3 CMS immediately. We created a dynamic packaging website from which users could book hotels, flights and sporting event tickets all in one place. What’s included? • E-Travel Document Manager – Reducing administration times by controlling all of their travel documents inside of their CMS. • Trip Advisor Review Widget Customers are more likely to book if a hotel or apartment is recommended by fellow travellers and there is no bigger review centre than Trip Advisor. Using the Geodatabase module, Club Travel can now ‘tag’ all of their properties with the Trip Advisor widget and show
their users the last 3 reviews and the average review for that property. • Results Last Searched - This module stores the searches performed on your website and displays them in a table for the customer, helping them to inspire conversions. “Our favourite module is the user generated offer boxes which display the cheapest holidays that our customers are searching for which in turn encourage other customers to book these fantastic offers which add to the increase in sales.” The Result: We provided Club Travel with a site that is on-brand and enhances the user experience. Through a combination of stunning imagery, well-crafted text, and outstanding design, this site has achieved the highest levels of engagement that is essential for Club Travel to remain a leading brand within Ireland’s Travel Industry.
