PERFECT CEYLON TEA

ELEGANT EARL GREY

An essential gourmet tea experience; tea from Ceylon’s western high grown region, where the varying climatic conditions produce a perfectly balanced tea. A ruby red brew yields the best of Ceylon in a tea that offers richness, depth and the slightly grassy, bright note of high quality, fresh tea. Neither too strong nor too light, a delicious tea to wake up to, to revive or simply relax with. A tea for connoisseurs.

A bold and bright single region Ceylon Tea, grown at 5500ft altitude, gently fused with Bergamot flavour. The result is a balanced, medium strength tea with the citrus note that is known as Earl Grey. This floral and fruity flavour balances the strength of the tea, to offer a refreshing and delightful drink.

CEYLON SPICE CHAI

A bright morning tea, with body, strength, colour and pungency representing the essence of fine Ceylon tea. The beautifully even Broken Orange Pekoe leaf yields a burgundy coloured brew which is robust and strong yet bright with a bold personality.

Authentic Chai combining Ceylon’s famous Spices - Clove, Ginger and Cinnamon – with our Dombagastalawa BOP Special Single Estate Tea. The richly aromatic Clove and the woody sweetness of Cinnamon, lightly enhanced by a hint of Gingery warmth, offers a piquant and spirited Real Chai.

MAHARAJAH RESERVE ASSAM

A light, bright and regal Ceylon tea with a delicate and well defined character that is synonymous with the finest high elevation teas. The golden orange brew offers a cleansing and refreshing taste, with hints of fruit and herbs in its finish.

Traditional orthodox, second flush Assam leaf tea with a bright, mellow personality. A touch of the typically Assam regional character is prominent in a malty finish. A gentle and refined tea suitable for enjoyment at any time of day.

BERRY SENSATION

A high grown Ceylon Pekoe grade, offering a bright and golden brew in exotic embrace with Orange, Lemon and Lime. The sparkle of Lemon, with a touch of tartness from the Lime, is deliciously balanced by the brightness in the tea, and the sweet, juicy Orange flavour. A deliciously aromatic tea, perfect for the afternoon or after dinner, and a good choice for homemade real iced tea.

A high grown Single Region Ceylon Tea in fruity harmony with Strawberry, Raspberry and Blueberry. The complex flavours come together in a perfect Berry marriage and offers a pleasingly light and fragrant tea. Can be taken hot or iced.

ROSE WITH FRENCH VANILLA

ARABIAN MINT TEA WITH HONEY

Inspiringly aromatic, with a medium bodied floral note, the flavour of Rose with a hint of French Vanilla combines with Ceylon tea in a perfect embrace. Elegant and sophisticated, a perfect afternoon or after dinner tea with a touch of romance.

GREEN TEAS & INFUSIONS ACAI BERRY WITH POMEGRANATE AND VANILLA

FRAGRANT JASMINE GREEN TEA

A bright and elegant pure Ceylon high grown Flowery BOP partners beautifully with the tart, lightly sweet and occasionally chocolatey notes of Acai berry and Pomegranate. A gentle touch of Vanilla softens the taste, to offer a comforting and deliciously engaging tea.

An inspiring green tea with bold leaf appearance, combined with petals of natural Jasmine flowers. The brew produced by this combination is mild and gentle; the special fragrance and a touch of sweetness comes from the night blooming Jasmine flower. A soothing and meditative tea.

CEYLON GREEN TEA

GENTLE MINTY GREEN TEA

Gently steamed Ceylon Green tea with a mildly astringent taste, characteristic of the finest green tea. The pale yellow infusion is tinged with olive highlights. A pleasant, delicate tea with a lightly sweet finish.

A gentle yet sophisticated tea with a fusion of natural tastes. Mild Sencha green tea is enlivened by Spearmint leaves and a touch of Lemongrass. A refreshing and aromatic tea that elegantly complements spicy food, and can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

NATURAL LEMON VERBENA

Refreshing and gentle, the distinctive fragrance of Ceylon Cinnamon finely perfumes the Peppermint leaves to offer an aromatic and lively infusion. The spice, with its hint of sweetness, complements the Peppermint to offer a fragrant and mild natural infusion.

Natural Lemon Verbena produces an amber coloured herbal infusion with citrus, herb and mild spice notes. Mild in character, a clean and refreshing herbal infusion with a gentle lemon finish.

Camomile is a gentle and relaxing herb enjoyed by many as a tonic for centuries. Camomile has a serene character and wonderful aroma. The daisy-like Camomile flower, where the subtle flavour is concentrated, has an uplifting aroma reminiscent of apples. It is often enjoyed as a gentle, naturally caffeine free infusion in the evening.

This Pure Peppermint infusion is naturally caffeine free and ideally enjoyed after a meal, to cleanse the palate and aid digestion.
