The recipes below have been crafted with balance in mind, offering an experience that will not only please the palate and refresh, but promote better living. Kiss Goodnight Dilmah Infusion Used Rooibos with Ceylon Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger & Nutmeg

Ingredients • 150 ml Cinnamon, Turmeric, Ginger & Nutmeg (5 minute brew, hot)

• 50 ml Condensed milk • A pinch of ground cardamom powder • A pinch of ground white pepper

Method • Add all ingredients to a chai mug of small pan • Air the chai or whisk in a pan • Pour into the glass • Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg

Rooibos with Ceylon Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger & Nutmeg An enticing aroma and a dark amber liquor lead to a complex infusion, with herb and caramel notes yielding to mild pepper, spice and a gingery finish.


Caribean Cruiser Dilmah Infusion Used Green Rooibos with Coconut & Mango Tropical Fruit, Nutty

Ingredients • 100 ml Coconut & Mango Infusion (5 minute brew, chilled) • 30 ml Plantation Pineapple Rum • 40 ml Pineapple juice • 10 ml Orgeat • 5ml lime juice

Method • Add all ingredients to an ice filled highball glass and stir • Garnish with a pineapple peel and a lime wedge

Green Rooibos with Coconut & Mango Tropical Fruit, Nutty An inviting fragrance of ripe, tropical mango and a bright, amber liquor offer a delicate, fruity infusion, with a lingering sweetness and hint of coconut in the finish.


Banalmond Smoothie Dilmah Infusion Used Red Rooibos with Turmeric, Ginger Root, Chocolate and Almond

Ingredients • 80 ml Chocolate, Turmeric, Ginger & Almond Infusion (5 minute brew, chilled)

80 ml Yoghurt Half a Banana Table spoon of almond slices 25 ml Honey

Method • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 15 seconds • Pour into a short • Garnish with shaved chocolate and orange zests

Juicy Ginger Dilmah Infusion Used Green Rooibos with Ginger & Peppermint

Ingredients • 150 ml Ginger & Peppermint Infusion (5 minute brew, chilled) • 40 ml Apple juice • 15 ml Honey • 1 barspoon lemon curd

Method • Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball and stir • Garnish with a slice of ginger and a sprig of mint

Green Rooibos with Ginger & Peppermint A sweet, minty fragrance and bright amber liquor introduce a deliciously refreshing natural infusion. Mint Runner Dilmah Infusion Used Bergamot Orange, Peppermint, Lemon Natural Infusion

Ingredients • 80 ml Bergamot, Orange, Peppermint & Lemon Infusion (5 minute brew, chilled) • 25 ml Apple juice • 25 ml Pear juice • 10 ml honey • 1 fresh lemon squeeze

Method • Add all ingredients to an ice-filled old fashioned and stir • Garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange wheel

Moringa Detox Ingredients Moringa DetoxMoringa Detox • 2ooml Moringa, Chilli, Cocoa and Cardamon (5 min brew) • 20ml kale • 15ml celery • 5g cheer seed • 20ml boiled oats • 30ml orange juice • 5ml lime juice • 5ml honey

Methods and Directions Moringa Detox • Brew 4g of Moringa, Chilli, Cocoa and Cardamon 250ml of boiling water for 5 minutes. • Strain The Tea leaves. • Pour the Tea and balance ingredients in to cocktail shaker. • Vigorously shake the ingredients with a few. • Cubes of Ice for 8-10 Seconds. • Pour into an ice tea Glass.
