T
he 2021 AMA Supercross Season is underway and already off to a wild start. The season opened in January with a tripleheader in Houston, Texas at NRG Stadium. As expected with Supercross, the on-track battles have already been exciting. This is the first time in years, the opening rounds have not been held in Southern California. The event was moved due to California’s COVID restrictions. Feld Entertainment has been selling limited amounts of tickets to their events. Justin Barcia came out of the gate in Round 1 with a big win. This year marks the first year Gas Gas has built a Motocross bike.

Barcia gave the company their first Supercross podium. Barcia is on a mission this season to win the championship, but so is every other rider. Each round has seen a different winner thus far. Defending champion Eli Tomac had the win during the second round at Houston. Cooper Webb won third event.
