Il lago con il suo specchio magico, che risalta tutto ciò che si trova nelle sue vicinanze, cela nello stesso tempo le storie di coloro che nei secoli si sono avventurati alla sua scoperta. Sia nei mesi invernali quando il tiepido sole riscalda le giornate, che durante i giorni estivi il lago è un luogo incantevole tutto da scoprire. Dalle passeggiate lungo il lago, alle escursioni in battello, all’esperienza gastronomica in un tipico grotto locale e alle attività per i più sportivi, le possibilità di relax e divertimento tra acqua, terra e natura sono infinite.

Der See, auf dessen glitzernder Oberfläche alles um ihn herum wie verzaubert erscheint, birgt auch zahlreiche Geschichten von Menschen, die ihn im Laufe der Jahrhunderte erkundet haben. Le lac, dont les eaux se font le miroir magique de tout ce qui l’entoure, recèle aussi les histoires de ceux qui, au cours des siècles, se sont aventurés à sa découverte. Que ce soit en hiver, lorsque le soleil apporte une douce chaleur, ou en été, le lac est un lieu fantastique à découvrir : promenades le long du lac, excursions en bateau ou expériences gastronomiques dans un des nombreux grottos de la région.

With its magic mirror, which emphasises everything in its vicinity, the lake somehow conceals the stories of all those who over the centuries ventured forth to discover it. Both in the winter months when a tepid sun warms the air and during hot summer days, the lake is an enchanting place just waiting to be discovered, with activities ranging from lakeside walks and boat trips to gourmet experiences in typical grottos.

Il borgo lacustre di Caslano è uno dei comuni più importanti della regione del Malcantone. Oltre alle viuzze interne, caratteristica è la sua ampia Piazza Lago. Il Monte Sassalto domina il villaggio e grazie alle sue caratteristiche geologiche, faunistiche e botaniche, è un luogo naturale protetto dalla Confederazione Svizzera. Gli amanti dei musei possono visitare il Museo della Pesca, uno dei tre presenti in Svizzera, l’esposizione di apparecchi fotografici della Fondazione Vincenzo Vicari e il Museo del Cioccolato. A Caslano e dintorni, si possono praticare attività sportive di ogni tipo.

Abgesehen von den engen Gässchen, ist sein grosser Platz am See ein Merkmal des Ortes. Der Monte Sassalto wurde vom Bund wegen seiner geologischen, faunistischen und botanischen Besonderheiten zum Naturschutzgebiet erklärt. Museumsfreunde haben die Wahl zwischen dem Fischereimuseum (eines der insgesamt drei in der Schweiz), der Fotoapparate-Ausstellung der Stiftung Vincenzo Vicari und dem beliebten Schokolademuseum. Auch für Sportfans gibt es in Caslano und Umgebung ein stattliches Angebot.

Les ruelles internes et la large place au lac son très caractéristiques. En raison de ses caractéristiques géologiques, faunistiques et botaniques, ce Monte Sassalto a été classé site naturel protégé par la Confédération suisse. Les amateurs de musées pourront visiter le Musée de la pêche, un des trois du genre en Suisse, l’exposition d’appareils photographiques de la Fondation Vincenzo Vicari et le Musée du chocolat. Les amateurs de sport pourront s’adonner à toutes sortes d’activités sportives à Caslano même et dans les environs.

Characteristic are the narrow internal streets and its vast square on the lake. The Monte Sassalto dominates the village and it is a natural environment protected by the Swiss Confederation on account of its interesting geological, faunal and botanical characteristic. Museum goers may visit the Fishing Museum, one of three in Switzerland, a camera exhibition of the Vincenzo Viccari Foundation and the Chocolate Museum. Sports lovers will also be pleased: in fact in Caslano and its surrounding area all kinds of sports may be practice.

Gandria, romantico villaggio di pescatori arroccato ai piedi del Monte Brè, offre ai visitatori uno stupendo panorama. Romantica località raccolta attorno alla sponda del Ceresio, Gandria è facilmente raggiungibile sia via terra che via lago. Il tragitto in barca da Lugano, con ritorno a piedi lungo la sponda del lago fino a Castagnola, è un percorso molto frequentato da turisti e locali. Il nucleo del paese chiuso al traffico è un’oasi di tranquillità con le sue pittoresche viuzze e scalette che offrono scorci e paesaggi da sogno.

Gandria, ein romantisches Fischerdorf am Fusse des Monte Brè, bietet dem Besucher eine einmalige Atmosphäre. Das Dorf ist am Ufer des Ceresio-Sees gelegen und über Land oder See leicht erreichbar. Die Überfahrt von Lugano mit dem Boot und zurück zu Fuss am Seeufer entlang bis nach Castagnola ist eine beliebte Route, di gleichermassen von Touristen und Einheimischen genutzt wird. Das Zentrum ist für den Fahrverkehr geschlossen und eine Oase der Ruhe mit malerischen Gässchen und Treppen und vielen verträumten Winkeln.

Gandria est un village romantique situé sur la rive du Ceresio, accroché au pied du Monte Brè, offre une atmosphère très romantique. Le trajet en bateau à partir de Lugano, avec retour à pied le long de la rive du lac jusqu’à Castagnola, est un parcours très fréquenté par les touristes et les autochtones. Le coeur du village, fermé à la circulation, avec ses ruelles pittoresques, ses escaliers qui offrent des raccourcis et des paysages de rêve, est une véritable oasis de paix.

Gandria is a romantic fishermen village nestled on the shores of Lake Ceresio, perched at the bottom of Monte Brè and it’s rightly famous for its wonderful and romantic atmosphere. Many tourists and locals enjoy the boat trip from Lugano and the walk back to Castagnola along the lake shore. The town’s centre that is closed to traffic is an oasis of peace with its picturesque tiny streets and stairs that offer glimpses of great views and gorgeous landscapes.

Melide

Il paese di Melide e i suoi dintorni, offrono la possibilità di compiere escursioni a piedi, in battello, in autopostale, come pure di praticare sport. Un’ampia piazza con parco giochi per i più piccoli, un lido comunale rinnovato, un percorso vita e una passeggiata lungo il lago fino a Bissone, completano e arricchiscono la qualità del soggiorno melidese. Oltre a ciò una visita alla Swissminiatur, il noto parco con modellini in scala 1:25, permette di conoscere in poco più di un’ora i luoghi più caratteristici e suggestivi della Svizzera.

Oggi l’affascinante villaggio ticinese costituisce una delle mete escursionistiche più popolari, vantando inoltre il titolo del “Più bel villaggio della Svizzera 2016”. Un tempo Morcote era il più grande porto sul Lago di Lugano e, nel Medioevo, un’importante piazza di trasbordo merci dei Duchi di Milano. Le sue caratteristiche stradine, i portici delle antiche case patrizie, monumenti architettonici di grande valore e una vegetazione subtropicale lussureggiante ne fanno “La Perla del Ceresio”.

Heute ist das charmante Tessiner Dorf - Gewinner des Wettbewerbs „Das schönste Dorf der Schweiz 2016“- ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel. Einst der grösste Hafen am Luganersee und im Mittelalter wichtiger Warenumschlagplatz der Mailänder Herzöge. Seine typischen Gassen, die Laubengänge der alten Patrizierhäuser, die wertvollen architektonischen Monumente und eine üppige subtropische Vegetation machen Morcote zur „Perle des Ceresio“.

It was once upon a time the largest harbor at Lake Lugano and an important reloading point for goods for the Milanese dukes during the Middle Ages. Tiziano, a local fisherman, relates that the best time of day on the lake is early in the morning. And as time goes by, you can glimpse the first light of day which paints the lake in glorious pastel colours.

Fin dalla fine del XIX secolo, la Società di Navigazione ha permesso alla popolazione locale e ai visitatori di vivere e scoprire la vera anima del lago. Oggi come allora – nel segno della tradizione – essa offre un regolare servizio di crociere sul lago Ceresio da combinare con escursioni alla scoperta del territorio durante tutto l’anno, nonché la possibilità di noleggiare su richiesta i propri battelli per eventi esclusivi e ricorrenze speciali.

Schon im ausgehenden 19. Jahrhundert bot die Schifffahrtsgesellschaft Einheimischen und Besuchern die Möglichkeit, den See „vom See aus“ zu erleben und zu bestaunen. Und ganz im Zeichen der Tradition führt sie auch heute noch reguläre Kurs- und Rundfahrten durch, die das ganze Jahr hindurch mit einem Landausflug in der Region kombiniert werden können. Il golfo di Lugano è reso speciale dai due monti che ne delimitano i confini: il Monte Brè e il Monte San Salvatore. Quest’ultimo, la cui forma ricorda il più famoso Pão de Açúcar, ha conferito alla città il soprannome “Piccola Rio”. Si inizierà dal lungolago, dove si scopriranno le classiche tappe culturali e artistiche come il LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura e la Chiesa di Santa Maria Degli Angeli e poi, con la salita in funicolare, si raggiungerà la vetta panoramica che offre una vista davvero mozzafiato.

Das Besondere an der Bucht von Lugano sind unter anderem die beiden Berge, die sie einrahmen: der Monte Brè und der Monte San Salvatore. Letzterer erinnert in seiner Form an den berühmten Pão de Açúcar, weshalb Lugano manchmanl auch „klein Rio“ genannt wird. Die Tour beginnt mit einem Spaziergang entlang der Seepromenade, der klassischen Etappe vorbei an den kulturellen und künstlerischen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura und der Kirche Santa Maria degli Angeli, bis zur Standseilbahn, die Sie zum Gipfel des San Salvatore führt, von wo man eine atemberaubende Aussicht geniessen kann.

Le golfe de Lugano se distingue par les deux monts qui en délimitent les contours : le Monte Brè et le Monte San Salvatore. Ce dernier, dont la forme rappelle le célèbre Pão de Açúcar, est à l’origine du surnom de « Petite Rio » fréquemment donné à la ville. Le départ s’effectue depuis les rives citadines du lac, avec des étapes culturelles et artistiques telles que le centre LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura et l’Église de Santa Maria Degli Angeli, puis elle se poursuit en funiculaire pour atteindre le sommet panoramique du mont et sa vue enchanteresse.

Lake Receipt Saporinlibertà: Rassegna gastronomica del luganese Bocconcini di lucioperca in guazzetto

Zander-Häppchen „in guazzetto“

Ingredienti per 4 persone: 200 gr di lucioperca tagliato a cubetti, 4/5 pomodorini Cherry tagliati a quarti, julienne di basilico, salsa bianca di pesce, vino bianco.

Zutaten für 4 Personen: 200 gr Zander in Würfeln geschnitten, 4/5 Cherry- Tomaten gevierteilt, Basilikum-Julienne, weisse Fischsauce, Weisswein.

Preparazione: Spadellare i bocconcini di lucioperca precedentemente salati e pepati; aggiungere i pomodorini, sfumare con il vino bianco, aggiungere la salsa di pesce ed il basilico; terminare la cottura, guarnire con olio extra vergine e foglie di basilico fresco. Salsa di pesce: legare il brodo con 40 gr per litro di farina e 40 gr per litro di burro. Aggiungere 200 ml di panna liquida e succo di limone a piacere. Servire con polenta, purea di patate o cous-cous.

Zubereitung: Gesalzene und gepfefferte Fischhäppchen anbraten; Tomaten zugeben, mit Weisswein ablöschen, weisse Sauce und Basilikum zugeben; fertig kochen, sodann mit etwas Extravergine-Olivenöl und frischem Basilikum garnieren. Fischsauce: den Bouillon mit 40 gr Mehl pro Liter und 40 gr Butter pro Liter binden. 200 ml flüssiger Rahm und Zitronensaft nach Belieben beifügen. Mit Polenta, Kartoffelpüree oder Couscous servieren.

Bouchées de sandre à la nage

Morsels of pikeperch with white sauce

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes: 200 gr de sandre coupé en petits morceaux, 4/5 tomates cerises coupées en 4, basilic ciselé, sauce blanche, vin blanc.

Ingredients for four people: 200 gr of pikeperch cut into small cubes, 4/5 Cherry tomatoes cut in four parts, basil julienne, fish white sauce, white wine.

Préparation: Faire revenir les morceaux de sandre préalablement salés et poivrés dans une poêle; ajouter les tomates cerises, arroser de vin blanc, ajouter la sauce blanche et le basilic; terminer la cuisson, pour la garniture ajouter un filet d’huile d’olive extra-vierge et quelques feuilles de basilic frais. Sauce blanche: lier le bouillon de poisson avec 40 gr de farine par litre et 40 gr de beurre par litre. Ajouter 200 ml de crème liquide et du jus de citron à volonté. Servir avec de la polenta, purée de pommes de terre ou du couscous.

Preparation: Cook the pikeperch morsels, which have been previously salted and peppered in a pan, pour in the white wine and let it evaporate, add the fish sauce and the basil; finish cooking and add a final touch of extra-virgin oil and fresh basil. For the fish sauce: blend the broth with 40 grammes per litre of flour and 40 grammes per litre of butter. Add 200 milliliters of liquid cream and lemon juice at will. Serve with polenta, mashed potatoes or cous-cous.

Die Ausstellungen des Zollmuseums dokumentieren die Arbeit der Zöllner und ihre Aufgaben von anno dazumal bis heute. Die oberen Stockwerke widmen sich aktuellen Themen. Hier sind auch die temporären Ausstellungen beherbergt. Ein neuer Kunstausstellungszyklus behandelt zudem das Thema Grenzen und Gegenüberstellung von Identitäten.

Les expositions du Musée des douanes présentent le travail et les tâches accomplies par les douaniers d’autrefois et d’aujourd’hui. Les étages supérieurs sont consacrés à des sujets d’actualité. The Customs Museum’s exhibitions document the work of customs agents and their tasks from the past up to the present day. The upper floors are dedicated to present-day topics. Un percorso espositivo affascinante che parte dalla pesca nella preistoria fino ai giorni nostri toccando vari argomenti come la costruzione delle barche, il commercio del pesce, la fabbricazione delle reti, le specie ittiche presenti nei nostri fiumi e laghi, le antiche tecniche di pesca in un ambiente moderno e rilassante in prossimità della riva del lago.

Die eindrückliche Ausstellung führt durch die Welt der Fischerei von der Urgeschichte bis heute. Es werden zahlreiche Themen behandelt, darunter der Bootsbau, der Fischhandel, die Herstellung von Fischernetzen, die Fischarten in unseren Flüssen und Seen, antike Fischereitechniken. Dies in einer modernen und entspannenden Atmosphäre direkt am See.

Une exposition fascinante, dans un bel espace moderne et relaxant à proximité des rives du lac, qui revisite l’histoire de la pêche de la préhistoire à nos jours, à travers divers thèmes tels que la construction des barques et bateaux, le commerce du poisson, la fabrication des filets, les différentes espèces de poissons peuplant nos lacs et nos rivières et les anciennes techniques de pêche.

This fascinating exhibition gives us an idea of fishing from prehistoric times to today, touching upon several subjects like boat construction, the fish trade, the production of fishing nets, fish species found in our rivers and lakes, ancient fishing techniques, all this, in a relaxing environment close to the lake shore.

Regole di Navigazione Avventurarsi alla scoperta del lago a bordo di un’imbarcazione è un’esperienza affascinante. Tuttavia per evitare imprevisti è fortemente consigliabile osservare i punti indicati dalla Sezione della Circolazione, Servizio Navigazione della Repubblica e Canton Ticino relative ai natanti collaudati. È inoltre necessario attenersi all’osservanza dei punti relativi alla protezione delle acque, alle zone protette, alla navigazione in prossimità delle rive e alle altre regole di sicurezza.

Schifffahrtsregeln Eine Fahrt über den See an Bord eines Wasserfahrzeugs ist in jedem Fall ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Um unerfreuliche Überraschungen zu vermeiden, empfiehlt es sich unbedingt, die vom kantonalen Wasserverkehrsamt erlassenen Richtlinien für zugelassene Wasserfahrzeuge zu beachten. Weiter müssen die Weisungen in Bezug auf Wasserschutz, Naturschutz, das Fahren in Ufernähe und weitere Sicherheitsregeln eingehalten werden.

Règles de navigation S’aventurer à la découverte du lac à bord d’une embarcation est une expérience fascinante. Toutefois, pour éviter tout problème, il convient de respecter les directives concernant la navigation sur le lac du service navigation de la République et canton du Tessin relatives aux embarcations conformes. Il est en outre nécessaire de respecter les règles relatives à la protection des eaux, des zones protégées, à la navigation à proximité des rives et les autres règles de sécurité.

Water Traffic Rules Venturing out to discover the lake on board a boat is an amazing experience. However, to avoid unpleasant surprises, we strongly recommend that you comply with the recommendations set out in the Section on Water Transport Traffic, Navigation Service of Switzerland and the Ticino Canton on proven and tested watercraft. You should also comply with recommendations on the protection of the lake, protected areas, navigation near the shoreline and other safety regulations.

Targhe natanti esteri L’autorizzazione viene rilasciata a: • persone NON domiciliate in Svizzera ma che pernottano in Svizzera • solo all’arrivo in Svizzera del natante, del proprietario o del detentore. L’autorizzazione è valida dalla data di emissione fino alla fine del mese successivo e una sola volta all’anno. Tutti i natanti che ricevono l’autorizzazione sono sottoposti ad un controllo tecnico. Per periodi più lunghi rivolgersi direttamente alla: Sezione della circolazione CH-6528 Camorino +41 91 814 97 00 Totale costi da CHF 90.a CHF 160.- a dipendenza dei kW

Documentazione necessaria: • documento con i dati del natante e del motore • permesso di condurre nazionale o certificato internazionale (se la potenza del motore è superiore ai 6 kW = 8 CV, per un natante a vela la superficie velica è superiore ai 15 mq) • attestato d’assicurazione sulla responsabilità civile (RC) che garantisca la copertura in Svizzera. Caso contrario verrà incassato il premio di un’assicurazione collettiva da parte del nostro ufficio.
