Over 830 kilometres of trails, regularly maintained by the Lugano Region Tourist Office, criss-cross our region. For trekkers, the area surrounding the City of Lugano is hikers’ heaven! Diverse trails wind their way through ever-changing landscapes along fabulous routes, some of which are easy whilst others are more challenging – but always appealing and catering to all levels. Though each one is different, what they all have in common are the awe-inspiring views.
