Email Marketing Sponsor logos were featured in all email marketing that was sent to all Chamber & EDC members and other community members who have opted for emails: • Invitation sent March 5 (1,502 opens) with a last call to register March 30 (1,135 opens) • Retargeting email marketing campaign re-sent to people who did not open the initial invitation March 15 (1,295 opens) and March 23 (443 opens) • Post-event thank you and survey sent to all attendees April 9.
Email Marketing - Newsletters The Chamber & EDC’s newsletter is sent to more than 6,500 subscribers. Sponsor logos were included in the following efforts via a link to the ATHENA event page of our website: • The 2018 ATHENA nominees announced in publication on Feb 22. • News coverage shared in the Feb. 27 and March 7 publication resulting in the top links for click-thrus two weeks in a row • The event was highlighted in the “Upcoming Events” section of the newsletter, with a link to the blog and/or event page of the website. This coverage produced the top click-thrus for four weeks straight. The Chamber & EDC also produces a bi-monthly events newsletter. ATHENA was showcased March 8 and 22.
Social Media Marketing The Chamber & EDC’s social media reach is 4,600 Facebook fans, 1,000 followers on Twitter and 1,180 followers on LinkedIn. • Facebook event included link to page with list of sponsors (2,300 reached) • Six Facebook page posts, top organic reach was 1,300 • Top media tweet earned 1,160 impressions • Top LinkedIn post earned 1,187 impressions
