Workplace Wellness
What Are The Benefits?
What to Expect
Tai Chi proves a great stress buster for a deep sense of relaxation.
Tai Chi has a long history with great depth that we bring into all our sessions.
Simple tai chi and qigong movements can bring a more mindful level of presence to the workplace.
We can offer a more talk based session or a more practical orientated sesssion.
Tai Chi and qigong make great movement breaks to counteract those long periods sat at a desk or that long commute. Tai Chi partner exercises called listening hands can bring a heighten level of awareness to how we listen to and work with one another. A simple breath awareness meditation can offer a positive pause to the routines that make up the working day. Just a few simple movements can give us a mental and physical boost to start the the day and act as a lovely pick me up to avoid the post-lunch slump.
“Thanks so much for your hard work and thoughtful preparation during the pilot programme. Dementia Friendly Keighley
How Much Do You Charge? We always aim to work with you and within the budget you have in mind. Whether you would like a half hour taster, to a full day workshop, or a series of longer engagements, we'll base our fee on the what you aim to acheive and scope of the project.
Tai Chi and Qigong movements are slow and purposeful and can be done seated or standing. As expereinced instructors and educators we encourage participants to adapt movements to suit their needs and condition. We support participants to work in a way most comfortable for them. Participants can take part or just observe if they prefer. We love it when people ask questions. A good question can lead us into some fascinating areas. Tai Chi doesn't require any special clothing or equipment, just a smile.
