Local Advantage for South West
"We all want the best deals on offer. At the same time, we all know the importance of supporting local businesses. Unfortunately, the two don't always come together. That's why I decided to do something about it."

Established in 2015, Local Advantage is a digital rewards program covering two regions: The South West and more recently The Great Southern in WA. The Local Advantage app features hundreds of locally owned businesses offering ongoing, multiple-use offers to members. Members pay an annual fee to access the offers which they quickly make back in savings.
In 2021 the Holiday Advantage app was launched to meet the demand of visitors and tourists looking for an affordable way to experience the regions and support local operators. The Holiday Advantage membership passes range from 3 days up to 24 months for regular travellers.
The platforms offer a free marketing tool for small businesses and a money saving rewards program for members a Win-Win for all involved.
Local Advantage was born to help families save money, while keeping wealth in the community. It's also a way for local businesses to promote what they do, while saying thanks to valued customers by giving them a special deal. Every dollar spent in local businesses keeps that money circulating to the next family, enabling us all to thrive and maintain the unique character of the places we live and love.
Founder and operator Louise Robinson lives in Dunsborough with her husband and three children. Louise oversees the South West region and works in collaboration with the Albany Chamber of Commerce who manage the Great Southern region.
