When the spring is fully wound, you will feel resistance from the crown's winding mechanism, which indicates that the spring and its brace have reached maximum tension. do not force the crown, stop winding immediately. essentially, a suitably wound spring ensures the correct amplitude of the balance, and increases operating precision.

chronogrAph functions: the chronograph can be started by pushing the pusher g. the chronograph hand moves at the same speed as the seconds hand A. When the chronograph hand d passes 60 (12 o'clock), the minutes timer hand e moves forward one division, i.e. by one minute. one of the features of this movement is that it has a 60-minute timer. the chronograph can be stopped by pushing the pusher g a second time. the chronograph hand d stops and the “minute-register” function e is deactivated. to reset the chronograph to 0, press the pusher h, located at 4 o'clock. the chronograph hand d and the minutes-timer hand e are reset to zero through the action of the chronograph mechanism's hammer and the various wheels.

While doing so, the 24h hand remains unchanged. it indicates home time, and can serve as a reference to reset local time on the return trip, or when giving a phone call at home.

Dried lubrification is removed. Filigree motion work is freshly oiled, the seals replaced, the escapement newly regulated. The watchmaker finally brings every Maurice Lacroix to a high polish for you. After service of your watch, another 24 months warranty will be applied.
