From Concept to Completion In the fall of 2014 we were considering building a new home and wanted to start construction the summer of 2015. We looked at many different styles of homes. By accident we ran across some of Raymond’s spec homes that he was building in the Detroit Lakes area. We liked what we saw so we contacted Raymond for an appointment. Raymond showed us some of his homes that were currently being built and explained to us the many different options and that he could handle the project from start to finish. With our budget, we discussed different options such as style and size of homes. Raymond was extremely helpful with answering questions and gave us the expert advice we needed and soon realized that we wanted RCH Custom Homes as our builder. At that point we had him bid our project. Many people talked of how stressful and trying it is to build a new home. Not true at all!! The RCH Custom Homes team walked us through the whole planning process and it was truly painless. We were given great advice from an experienced staff and in no time we had a plan. In July of 2015 we started building. It was a very organized well put together plan. The team effort and timing with all the different contractors was amazing! They were all very professional and were so great at keeping the process moving forward. RCH Custom Homes did an amazing job at offering us high quality interior and exterior products at a very fair price. We are very impressed. Even the appliances were included in our bid! Even with rain delays our house was 100% complete the first week of November! We had many comments on how quickly things went! Raymond’s bid was spot on! The quality is superb!
