We provide a detailed programme to guide you through the purchase process that begins on reservation with a comprehensive manual designed to answer any questions you may have. When your new home is ready you’ll be invited to a Demonstration and Inspection Meeting to show you how everything works and to make sure you’re totally happy with the level of finish prior to completion. At the Handover Meeting you’ll receive a Handover Pack, contact details for our customer services team and a list of emergency numbers for 24-hour support.
